I`d like to write a few nice words about the issue with "TradingFunds Prop Firm" which instant account I purchased, and because of not quite understanding the 2% rule from the outset, I was actually not very much in the position to trade on such terms of 2% rule , so I asked for the refund for which I did not expect to be welcome and assisted for, but these people were so much cooperative and understandable that they accepted my request for the refund and issued the same a few days later! Quite awesome and very professional, Thanks a lot for such kind of reliable support!

The system didnt issue any certificate or account once I pass the evaluation. message them and they say will email to my account soon. after 2 weeks still the same, and the REAL account provided after passing the evaluation still using the name Demo server.

I'm happy to receive my second payout. This is why I will a review here.

I thought EA usage was allowed, but when I bought my account I got an error trying to connect it. Turns out the EA setting was disabled by default. I contacted support and James helped me right away. He confirmed EA use is allowed and re-enabled the setting without any hassle. Everything works perfectly now.

So far its a good firm. At least they pay out

I signed up with TradingFunds and at first, everything seemed to go smooth. However, when I tried to place my first few trades, I noticed some issues with my dashboard, it wasn’t updating correctly, and it honestly stressed me out a bit because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

I reached out to support and got connected with Bradley. Honestly, I didn’t expect much because you always hear stories about bad support teams, but Bradley really surprised me. He actually listened carefully to my problem (instead of just sending copy-paste answers), and he took the time to walk me through what was happening step-by-step.

It turned out to be something small on my side with the browser cache. Bradley stayed on chat with me until everything was fixed, and even checked in a few hours later to make sure it stayed fine.

I really appreciate that kind of service — it’s rare these days.
If you want a prop firm where the team actually cares about your experience (even when small things go wrong), I’d definitely recommend tradingfunds. Thanks again, Bradley!

**UPDATE** As you can see, my experience has been verified. I have sent multiple email following up for the refund they have promised me with no response. This company has not been fair with me nor with keeping their word.

I'm funded with other prop firms and never had a problem with my trading style nor my risk management. I only trade small(~1%) and scale in when my thesis is correct. It only took me less than 5 weeks to pass the 100k challenge and made 8% on the funded account to be able to be scale up to level 2 (200k) and be paid out and continue my journey with them. Nothing change regarding my approach to the market( as they stated in the email). Upon request of payout, I got this email:

We have noticed that our system has detected Martingale characteristics in the overall risk management approach used in your account (#1027167). The use of Martingale strategies is strictly prohibited.
At TradingFunds, we encourage traders to maintain consistent risk management practices. While there is nothing wrong with allocating different levels of risk to trade ideas based on your model and probability.
Below are the trades that were flagged by our system for Martingale behavior based on risk escalation:

Imagine trading as small as I was(as they stated above) on all separate days and then they say the risk has been double and risky. These are super small trades and should not be considered significantly increased especially if I'm in profit and i want to risk more of my profit.

Also, all the trades that are being pointed out above are trades where my thesis was correct regarding the direction of the market, i will always keep adding to my position for greater profits with very low risk as shown above. Don't make the same mistake I.did.

I have passed the challenge second phase twice but they still denied funded account. Just silly rules. If you are a serious trader, do not waste your time, just not worth it with this firm.

I promised Mark from the chat to leave my honest review here, because at first I was not happy about the processing time of my payout. I received my first payout within 2 days on my wallet, this was like 600 dollars. My second payout was more than that, around 2300 dollr. After 2 days I still didnt received it, so I was afraid what usually happens with other firms, that they dont pay big profits. After contacting Mark from the chat he explained to me that crypto payouts usually take 1 to 2 days and banktransfers can take longer. And he was right, I chose for a banktransfer and after 3 days I received my profit in the evening. And im a man of my word, so thats why I leave my experience here, thanks again Mark.

The main reasons I can't give them 5 stars is as follows...what's with the huge spreads in crypto? Like XRP has a 1% spread! It's kinda weird they shut the platform down at 1pm when trading ends at 1:30. Couldn't get out of a few bad positions because of this which resulted in huge losses (SL doesn't work when it gaps) At least I learned not to keep any trades near closing time with these guys...

This is the worst and dirtiest company in the industry I have ever come across. They approved my withdrawal request, but a few days later they didn't pay and said my account was banned but they didn't give any reasonable reason and also didn't have any proof any. And there are a lot of people in the same situation as me, waiting for payment for 10 days and then the violation notification email. If you intend to buy a challenge from this company, I advise you to run far away. Look at their community, and their payment certificates to understand that it has been a long time since they paid anyone. And the special thing is that their 5-star reviews here cannot be trusted, they are not real traders.

Bought an account during black friday week. Price is good, customer service is good, spread on btc a bit high compared to other firms. But most important, I received my payout after 2 days, so overall I'm happy

Attention, scam!
Do not buy challenges from this prop firm, attracted by the numerous offers they make. You will not receive your payout, I requested a payout of only 2k and they gave me the complete breach of the account without providing any refund, citing irregularities in my risk management. I only trade with RR 1:1 and with low lots. Be very careful because you will be 100% scammed.

UPDATE: They banned me from everything and breached all my running accounts just because i placed this review. Stay very careful about these people.
