My experience with tradingfunds has been very positive. The support team is professional and responsive, and everything was handled clearly and efficiently. The payout process went smoothly, which gives me confidence in the firm. Overall, a reliable prop firm with good service.

Very good customer service. The thing I like the most is that they have clear rules. They shared a document with me where I could find all the rules. I see many other firms with hidden rules, these guys are clear in that. I am a scalper, mostly on XAUUSD so it's important to know what to expect.

Update 20/01: I received my payout and am very happy to find this firm.

My experience with this firm is overallgood.
Received my payout from my instant funded account.
They increased the profit split, so i was lucky to request it after the change. This January feels like ages, but with this payout it becomes my favorite month of the year :)

Great service

I am surprised by the fast and helpfully customer support. Rachel especially helped me to place my first payout request. I lost my phone and had to add a new one to request my payout. Within 30mins I received an email to add it. After that I requested my payout and about 8 hours later I got it in my wallet. Overall very happy with this firm. Definitely 5 stars!

The rules they have on the platform can help everyone to pass challenge i swear .. they force you to be so consistent.. i passy challenge after breach more than 10 on another propfirm because of gambling. Also another thing. The support is very nice and fast they help you every time you reach them.. good prop firm.. thanks 👍

How did I miss this prop firm for so long ? They only have just 6% profit target and also no consistency in 2 step funded. Honesty I am impressed by this flexible rules , gonna buy an account right away

Based on what I’m seeing lately, Traders should be extremely careful with TradingFunds. Their rules feel unclear and some payouts are getting rejected for reasons that don’t match the actual trading activity. Always read everything twice before buying an account. ⚠️
