Subscription scam, been pushed into it by some pushy Darcy fella, wanted to cancel after 10 months of a low value services, been told I haven’t finish 1st year, so I had to keep paying till then to be able to request cancellation, afterwards I’ve been told to pay another 3 months. Clever subscription scam, unfortunately after 20 years in UK I left this monkey island, so good luck getting the money.

My boyfriend signed up for the welding course. This company is very clearly a subscription scam as others say. They don’t exist on companies house past 2019, and others affected say they’re actually run by a different company which is only registered as a retail store, and that according to City and Guilds trade pathways doesn’t exist.

They expect you to pay for 12 months of the course even if you aren’t accessing it, and have extenuating circumstances to cancel, and then also want a 3 month cancellation fee. They’ve had more than 6 months notice he wished to cancel the course and are now trying to argue that contacting them to confirm he’s finished making payments has triggered an early termination clause, which isn’t something mentioned anywhere in the contract signed. We will be reporting them to every relevant authority if this isn’t resolved.

Avoid this 100% this is subscription trap,they lie to you until you sign the contract and after you find the truth about the real scheme

Complete scamm, comes some pushy Indian guy almost saying like you are the chosen one from the last 10 places left and when I joined and I realised I can't do the study they said there is no possible way to cancel my subscription, they took 780 pounds from my salary through debt agencies and now debt agencies are asking for 2280 more for the 12 month subscription which even 12 months haven't passed, really bad experience made my already bad situation much worse... I hope they get what they deserve for scamming people who try to better themselves

I agree 100% this is a subscription trap!!!
My son signed up for a plumbing course - just outside of the 'cooling off period' he had to cancel due to health issues.
We have been told we need to pay the full amount of the course PLUS 3 more months of payment as a cancellation fee!
Having paid £2,280 for a course he didn't start we are now being constantly contacted to pay the extra 3 months for cancellation.
Wish I'd never heard of Tradespathway.

Beware, this company is a subscription trap. I cancelled my contract with this so called academy as soon as I realised that all the photo attached reviews on their website are fake. They asked me to write them positive review on Trustpilot so they cancel the contract. I declined. They are still sending me letters through their debt collectors. I took legal advice and I’ll not pay them. This so called “Academy” is a trading entity of Conation Data Limited a company which has nothing to do with education and learning. It states the nature of its business on Companies House as: Other retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets / Photocopying, document preparation and other specialised office support activities/ Other business support service activities not elsewhere classified.

Fantastic and helpful customer service team that helped sort out something I was struggling with.
Highly recommended.

The electrician Trades Pathway Academy they are the best people they have in an Academy whatever help you need this guys they are amazingly the best. Also any information you ask or need they friendly give straight away. I personally recommend to anyone this Pathway Academy.

The staff are so helpful there easy to contact and explain things to you easy makes the course much more easier for yourself would fully recommend to anyone who’s thinking of doing a course

Good enrolment

I have enrolled with TPA for electrician and the course structure is simple and very straight forward, easy to understand for someone who never had any knowledge of the subject, it allowed made to think things through before reaching understanding of the concepts of electricity.
