5 stars for price and delivery. However, no fitting instructions were supplied with the heated towel radiator I purchased, OK, not that difficult to figure out, but a clue as to where the brackets should go would be useful. If they don't want to put instructions in with the radiator, at least make them available as a download.
Biggest gripe though is about the amount of rust and other cr#p inside the radiator!
More like a radiator that's been in use for 20 odd years than a brand new one!!

The radiator was fine but the fixings were cheap and all the screw heads failed , all had to be replaced. Shame that for a very small extra cost to supply good quality fixings this transaction was not perfect. Delivery was next day too.

I’ve recently ordered a vertical column radiator and have received excellent customer service both before and after my order. I contacted customer services as wasn’t sure which RAL code to use and was given expert advice from Jade Gould who helped me select the right radiator and helped me chose valves. My radiator arrived and unfortunately was damaged in transit. I contacted customer services again and this time was dealt with Kimberley Brines. Kimberley was very quick to resolve the issue. I am very impressed and won’t hesitate to recommend Trade Radiators.

radiator arrived on the day arranged unfortunately without the element.phoned the office the lady apologised and told me it would be with me after the weekend. I was unhappy with this as I had travelled specifically to fit it that day. the lady was very understanding of my situation and i was delighted when it was delivered first thing the next morning (Saturday)

I bought the trade direct column radiators which were fantastic value for money and look very high end.

The customer service centre in Scotland sorted a couple of issues I had very quickly. I would use again.

This has to be one of the best companies I have purchased from! Their customer service is excellent. The products are of great quality and any problems are sorted out in quick time. Had a vertical radiator arrive and after fitting discovered it had a small leak. It was replaced straight away ...
Just wish I had changed all my radiators years ago ....

Have bought from Trade Radiators a few times and never had an issue with either the quality of the product or the service.
Delivered quickly and efficiently and the vertical radiators not only look great but perform brilliantly as well.
Easy to install although the instructions are a bit lacking, but they're radiators, it's not hard to work out how they should be installed.

I ordered 3 radiators but only one arrived. Contacted Trade Radiators through their website contact form and received a quick reply from Kimberley. She apologised and said radiators would be sent the next day (alas due to Covid at their Warehouse) it was delayed by a further day but arrived on a Saturday. I cannot fault their service at all !!

I decided to change our radiator in our Sunroom for a higher output Vertical Rad because we were having a new boiler fitted and it would be a good time to have the work done. Looking at the reviews for all the online sellers none had a perfect record so I felt like it was a gamble who ever I chose.
I decided on Trade Radiators and spoke to Kimberley and asked a couple of questions like Is it actually in stock and who do you use for delivery. I then placed an order on Friday Morning(10th). I received an immediate confirmation of order. On Saturday I received a text from the couriers to say it would be delivered on Wednesday (15th). However, to my surprise the carrier arrived this morning (Monday 13th) in perfect order.
This was in effect a 24 hour delivery.
Of course all retailers have problems with the supply chain and the carriers they use, but I can not fault Trade Radiators. I can only Highly Recommend.

Good service. Ordered a Towel Radiator & Valves(order ref 000098754) . Fairly quick delivery, bearing in mind Christmas is fast approaching. Radiator is great, all parts required & excellent instructions. Valves not what I was expecting. Would have returned but for the following."Refunds may be made less any packaging, delivery and admin costs incurred by us. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and any return delivery costs.". So elected to sell on.

Really easy process to order and delivery was very quick too. The radiator looks quality with a 15 year guarantee.

Great service and quick delivery. Only comment would be confirmation/dispatch email took some time to come, one order had arrived before I received email.
