Placed an order, 11 days later order still not shipped. . Well, if you put "Free, Fast delivery" on your website, people do expect a fast delivery, you know. Or at least inform/email your customers about any delays! Called them to see why it takes so long, said I just need to wait more ( not explanation whatsoever.. ) Cancelled and requested a refund, will order from someone else who can commit to a fast delivery!

I have been buying with Trade Radiators in Scotland since 2018 when updating our 3 storey home and their customer service has always been of the highest level, just flawless.

Amanda who runs their customer service team is phenomenal at her job, responsive to enquiries and emails, orders arrive quick, always well packaged and it makes shopping with them a joy. Now who would think you would be able to say shopping for radiators is that 😁?

We recently had an odd accidental situation and all I can share is that Amanda has gone above and beyond anyone’s expectations to help me. (Thank you Amanda) I truly cannot recommend this company enough and we recommend them to our customers too.

Easy to order, and good, responsive customer service - especially around making sure what we ordered arrived when we needed, which involved moving the delivery date a few times.

Used before and had excellent service, same again this time round.

They sent me the wrong radiator. All was sorted out within 5 days and that was over a weekend

Rang trade radiators to confirm stock availability and possible delivery date. They confirmed they had 9 in stock and I would receive the radiator in 1 to 2 days. Well they exceeded my expectations by delivering the radiator on the next day well packaged and no visible damage. Great service from beginning to end of order. Based on my experience I would recommend trade radiators.

Excellent service from Trade Radiators. The sales department was most knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was on time and delivered into my house with any prompting. Finally now the radiators are installed I could not be more satisfied with their performance.

The items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. They were well packaged to prevent any damage. The price was also competitive.

Tried to order online which showed a discount code but transaction failed. Rang customer services who were very helpful however was charged full price.

I ordered a Towelrads Pisa ladder radiator online which arrived promptly but damaged. I spoke to Kim in the customer service team and was told to send an email with photos of the damage. Kim organised for a replacement radiator which arrived at 8am the following day. Unfortunately that was also damaged! So I messaged Kim again, who arranged for a second replacement to be sent out, arriving in good condition on the next working day. While it was extremely frustrating to be sent not one, but two, faulty rads, I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently Kim responded to my complaints. Full marks for customer service, but the packaging/handling side of things at TradeRadiators needs some work.

I requested a change of Item within 24 hours via telephone .....Agent assured me change had been made ....Original order was delivered!

Not received the refund as promised will update if I ever get it this was promised on the 26th October still waiting 🤔this is a response from a previous review which was done in September they responded to my review nearly a month later and then promised a full refund still waiting n

Appalling wait for delivery. Something like 10 days to receive goods despite saying “in stock”. Will affect me placing more orders with them for the project

Fast, free delivery. Excellent quality radiator. Superb customer service from Amanda when had a small issue.

Radiator is fantastic, delivery and service superb. Loyal Customer of many years, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Needed to replace a radiator which I purchased last year which was undersized as the BTU had been stated at delta 70. No such problems with TradeRadiators who clearly explain on their site about the different delta measurements, indeed found my existing radiator (purchased elsewhere) on TradeRadiators who are the only site I've found that have converted the BTU to delta 50.

Decided on a Nordic raw metal column radiator this time round, delivered within a week, excellent quality, easy to fit, and looks great. In fact I was so impressed that I've just ordered another to upgrade the radiator in another room.

Easy-to-understand site and great range. Had the design and colours we were looking for and will definitely be buying more for our new home in the next few weeks.

The product description is really misleading!! It states radiator pipe covers & not sleeve set
I needed covers because my radiator are already connected so I couldn’t fit the sleeve set as this needs to be done before radiator is fitted.
Unfortunately when I questioned this with your colleague they just told me they were covers & I’ve had to cover the postage.
So I’m now £5 out of pocket because in my view the description is incorrect.
