I had the pleasure of working with Jason. I had some issues with Trading View. Unknown to me, there were two user profiles and it was causing issues in trying to logon. Jason was very patient with me and took the time to first understanding my problem and and then solve it. Its obvious he has technical expertise. He fixed my issues and then loaded all the indicators into my Tradingview application. He then went on and explained how to use the new indicators. Great job Jason!!

Let me attest to what I have learned with the education I have received so far. It has been a very good experience not only because of the way it is explained, but because I have been able to verify that what is taught here does work. And of course, the support is very effective, the answers to the questions are within 24 hours of uploading the query. This is great.
I am very happy with the service received and I plan to be here for a long time to come.

I joined the Trader Dale community just last month and have already gained a ton of dynamic trading knowledge. I was already studying and using VWAP/AVWAP set ups but now with the additional Volume Profile and Order Flow indicators I have potential confluence and more confidence!

Less is more, and this is exactly what you will learn, empty your cup and become a successful trader with less on your charts and know exactly when to trade and when not to trade with the professionals.

I Joined Trader Dale two months back and went through his Programme which is very well designed and to the point. No Bullshitting.(Even good for People with less time and Short attention Span) I would definitely recommend all the three or at least two programme i.e Volume Profile and VWAP.
My personal experience with Dale is exceptional. His teaching and tools are game changer.
I have been learning to trade since last two years and tried different Mentorship programme but Dale has changed my outlook and the way I trade. Still unlearning bad habits.
Now I trade with confidence. Though still trading a Demo account which for the first time made 2% Profit in a week when i am writing this review
Now planning to trade live account from 2025.

I needed Tech support for my trading platform, with TD indicators etc, installed. I sent an email to support, and within about 2 hours, I had a live Technician working remotely on the issue, and I was back up and running in minutes!
You do not get this "Johnny on the spot" service with most companies these days, but in Trader Dale, I have gotten it every time I have needed it! AWESOME!

i was lucky enough to work with Jason, the tech guy and he was amazing... i am not good with computers and he popped on to my computer and was able to not only set up everything in like 15 minutes, he then walked me through everything from scratch on how to use everything... he even set up my workspaces for inter-day trading AND scalping... both for gold and for currencies

i can not say enough on how he was able to reduce my anxiety which had built up prior to the call...

we did a zoom call and i was able to record everything on how to use the worksheets... he even saved the files on my computer in a place i can find them!

I purchased all 3 packages: Volume Profile, VWAP and Order Flow.
Rhe videos are very good. Dale explained everything with much detail.
In installing the NinjaTrader add-ons Dale was very responsive and assisted.
I am looking forward to start implementing what I have learned.

Took advantage of Dale's Halloween sale after watching many of his YouTube videos and got the complete package. Brilliant. The videos on volume profile and order flow are phenomenal .I'm going to look at the VWAP videos next. Another thing I really like is the daily and swing levels that Dale gives which are updated daily. For someone like myself working full time having Dale do all the hard work for you is a godsend. How can such a complicated topic as volume profile and order flow be made simple and accessible to everyone? Dale knows it, his way of explaining has made it possible to understand such a complicated subject. I have noticed a clear improvement in my trading since I learned to use his tools... and despite everything I still have a lot to learn. It seems to see the "behind the scenes" of the market, you understand when the "big hands" enter and you join with them. I also thank Dale for all the assistance he provides me with technical problems, such as configuration or other.
I really appreciate the work that Dale does every day, providing everyone and publicly with trading ideas that then turn out to be winning, I invite everyone to seI hope that this journey undertaken together will bring great things to both of us.

What I very much appreciated was the outstanding customer service. I am a bit slow doing new things on a computer(72 yr.) but the team was very patient and helpful. I am still learning the system but it is very easy for me to follow and pick up. I would highly recommend Trader Dale's trading courses to any serious trader.

What made my experience great what that although I am somewhat computer challenged, older and not much experience in the technology world, my support made it very easy for me to follow. He made it obvious when he needed me to have control and when control needed to be reverted back to him. I appreciated that very much!

I have been learning how to trade for the last 2 years and has been an up and down experience until I found Dale's videos and everything start to connect! I made the decision of buying all the indicators what immediately amplified the way I was already trading and made me more consistent. I saw value in also joining the Funded Traders Academy and has been massive! It is invaluable to have the chance of learning from PRO traders and seeing them executing in real time. Dan, Vivek and Dale are very kind in explaining everything and taking questions from us. I feel my experience and confidence has skyrocketed since I signed for the FTA. Definitely recommend it if you are serious in doing it!

Hurray!!! I passed my funded account and started to be consistent. I can't trade without my trader dale open in my computer. At first I struggle but as they say, if you want to fail, you stop doing it. I keep on watching and understanding and applying what is the numbers and colors are saying. I finally got it and still working on it. It does not stopped there, need to have a continuous learning. It is easy to use once I got my edge, where i will enter and where i will take my profit. Need to be patient on my way to learning so i can have a choice in my life. FREEDOM!!!
i also have a wonderful experience with the Techs. Very very wonderful. Did it multiple times and they always help me a lot and I got what I am looking for. Got a problem with my workspace, just schedule with a tech support and it is done. I am not a computer guy and it takes time for me to do stuff in the computer. it saves a lot of time. I went on vacation and need to install it in my laptop while I was out of the country, it was a done deal. I don't need an extra fee for the software to be installed in my laptop, just pay the fee for the tech support. It's like your tuition, you want to learn, then need to spent a small amount.
I also think that Trader-Dale is the most affordable Footprint and volume profile out there. Just check it yourself. I got what i need to be profitable.
All I can say is that I am very very satisfied and happy.

TD is one of the best teachers online - he's calm, patient, and really backs up what he teaches.

My overall experience with Trader Dale has been great so far. I was really thinking about giving up on trading as I felt I just couldnt get the consistency but this program has help me realign with my discipline and really gain an understanding that I didnt have before. I am looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me.

He gives you very valuable information and explains it in the simplest way for anyone to understand! Not to mention his extremely useful tools which helped me in my trades tremendously.
