The customer service at the Gloucester…
The customer service at the Gloucester branch was great and very helpful. It’s a shame they shut the Bristol branch as that would of saved me 2 hours if travelling time.

I’m a loyal customer to Williams and have nothing but good things to say about them, they’re not the cheapest out there but make up for it in customer service and will do price match on some products.
Delivery is always fast and efficient, quotes are available over the phone and product sourcing and researching is never a problem.

The best plumbing and heating supplier I've ever used .
I make regular visits and complete lots of purchases from Williams trade plumbing , they are always so helpful knowledgeable about there products and very easy to deal with .
Their latest offers and deals are always made clear and sent out in good time .
I would personally like to thank the team at the sevenoaks branch for there hard work and commitment to providing a great service.
