The people behind this business are scammers!! Thieves!! They don't deserve even 1 star, but I had to select it to get the review started! I wish I had saw these reviews before I trusted them to file my USPTO application. According to the USPTO, they never filed my TM registration, and completely overcharged me so they could pocket the money. The document they used was not even an authentic USPTO application, according to the US Trademark Special Task Force. How these people sleep at night and look at themselves in the mirror, knowing they are literally stealing people's hard-earned money is just evil!!

I went through the motions to trademark my business name
, but decided to wait on it and 2 weeks later they call me and told me someone in another state was trademarking my companies name unless I acted now. I looked up the business and it doesn't exist.

Scammed. They sent my application apparently but kept my $1200 so it was not filed properly and never answered my requests for information or email

This is a scam that spans at least three websites. The website(s) are very familiar with the trademark registration process and can actually give accurate information regarding that process. However, they never register your trademark or even formally start the process, they merely send emails to you long enough so that you're out of your time frame in which you can dispute the charges with your bank. They never started my trademark process, I spent a total of $500 on their services (they tried to convince me to spend more) and they never provided a serial number to the trademark. I did research on USPTO and realized nothing was ever done. When I pushed them for my serial number, they simply said there were delays. The final communication i had with them was on their chat service on the website where they asked my name, email and phone number then they left the chat and blocked my IP address from having additional chat sessions. Their number goes to a voicemail box that is full and they don't respond to emails (of course). They also go by at least two other website names, Trademark Regent and Trademark Logics. Another piece of the scam is them reaching out from a different website and saying "someone is about to register your trademark, the other company didnt register it, do you want to register it with us, if not, we are mailing you a cease and desist". Total scam. Beware!! I've informed the USPTO and econsumer.gov, both have responded stating they were aware and were in the process of further investigation.

Complete scam! Stay clear of these scammers! They took me for over $1,000 in services and filing fees but they never registered my brand. They blocked me from their chat function and ignore my multiple calls and emails.

Unfortunately they are a scam and I got caught to the tune of 1300.00 and change. I have emailed back several times, I cant login to my account and it does not allow me to add a password. I have called the 254 number and it must recognize my phone as it states all lines are busy and hangs up.

This company is a complete scam. They will never file your trademark and upcharge you for services you don't need. When trying to dispute the charge with my bank, this "company" will go so far as filing fraudulent emails. Save yourself the time. The rest of the reviews here are fake...

I’m a real person and genuine customer who found their site through Google ads. I noticed their site had Google and Truspilot reviews that were not a regular widget but images. They are fake. Their support didn’t have an explanation for them. There was even a Trustpilot review that doesn’t exist under their profile.

I came here and reported the situation to inform other customers. The company didn’t enjoy it and reported the review as “not authentic” and Truspilot believed them and removed the previous review.

As of today they have for instance a review by “Steven Turin” that is fake as well as a bunch of fake Google Reviews.

Disappointed that Truspilot didn’t verify the information but instead took my review down easing the path for this company to deceive people with a service that actually doesn’t have genuine reviews by real customers. I never write reviews but I felt I had to when I was about to put my money in a company that almost deceived me.

I applied for a trademark for my business and I never received an email or verification that an application was submitted. The phone number on the website is a non-working number and there's a different phone number on their Facebook account. I called to cancel the product using the phone number on my banking statement to request a refund and the"customer service" department was useless. Do not trust this company!! I'll be filing a dispute with my bank.
