No attempts were made to reduce the price unfairly (very common place with trade in companies in my experience) and money was sent over minutes after receiving my confirmation email. Well worth it! If anyone sends anything in to them and waits possibly an extra day for payment- don't panic. They appear to be extremely popular with buying second-hand tech, presumably because they offer the highest prices. Responsive by email and payment is fast once the device has been checked. Sent an Ipad Pro in and received good customer service as well. Recommended!

The overall process from sending the AppleWatch to receiving the money via BACS took 4 working days, I was a bit dubious after reading some one star reviews after I sent the watch but there was regular communication via email and WhatsApp. The original offer was reduced to a fair price as slight damage found on the watch. So overall experience was good.
