Great company that truly helps your music grow. They do their absolute best to get your songs into the right playlists. Highly recommended!

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're keen to understand why you're not completely satisfied. Your tracks have increased from zero to 7,000 streams since you chose the Starter Package, aimed at an average of 2-5k streams, which appears to exceed the target.
It's possible that some streams may come from other sources as well. We reached out via email to request access to your Spotify for Artists to monitor playlist performance, but we haven't heard back from you. You've been featured on a popular playlist tailored to your genre, boasting over 231,000 followers—a significant milestone for any artist.
The promotion is still active, and your music remains on the playlist we curated for you. We hope you'll reconsider your review after considering these points. If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out so we can explore potential improvements together.
Kind regards,
Tracks To The Max Support Team

Loved working with the team of TTTM
Loved working with the team of Tracks To The Max! We had a special order already made before the release date. They handled everything very well! We just gave them the URI and details and they did everything before and reacted quickly on the release day.
The Spotify promotion was great on its own as well!
I would highly recommend!

Good communication
Good communication, fast placement on playlists and most importantly the plays are legit. You can tell it from the Spotify for Artists stats. People are starting to discover the music in Discover Weekly now, which is great! The track got placed in 3 playlists which matched the genre. Too bad 2 playlists removed the track after a couple of days, but still steady and healthy amount of plays every day. Will order again!

We booked two promotion campaigns and were pretty happy with the result. It's not compensating the invested money but gives the release a decent push. The play promises were kept. the playlists are real and the communication is perfect. Could be a bit cheaper :)

Hi Torben, thank you for your positive review! Good to hear!
There is no direct ROI in any music marketing. Keep that in mind. All cheaper services similar to ours are probably fake. I'm happy to chat about how we can optimize your campaigns! :)
All the best,
Max
A happy singer songwriter :)
I am glad with the streams and place on the playlist. I do like this playlist and hope to stay on it for a long time because people like my song.

Hey Nico, Thank you for your review! We have received one Starter package from you. So you'll receive 2K-5K Estimate average streams. We're glad you like the playlist! It's a great fit for your amazing song. We have specified this in our mail: You can be added to just one playlist if it has enough active listeners for your campaign, primarily for the starter package. Once your song has been placed on a playlist(s), it will stay there until you reach your campaign goal.
We hope you understand a bit better now and we're glad you are happy! Feel free to change the 4 stars to 5 if you enjoy our service.

I was skeptical but not anymore!
I was skeptical but not anymore! After my first successful campaign I bought another bulk for my entire discography.
Streams seem to be genuine and come from legit Spotify playlists with active listeners from around the globe. Perfect for social proofing your profile and somewhat decent for training the algorithm (although not always a great genre match / niched playlists).
Best value for the price I've seen.

Nice Job in Promotion
Good work in getting my track promoted on sound cloud, the original order was for Spotify Playlist Placement but the track couldn't get placed so they willingly put it in a sound cloud promotion which was awesome! Thinking about ordering another soundcloud promo.

A bumpy start!
At the beginning the campaign was getting postponed was delayed and communication was stuck. After reaching out in a “client is 😡”
Things got rolling.
I don’t know what the problem was exactly.
Customer service needs improvement.

Dear Kai,
Sorry to hear about your disappointment. We've contacted you several times to let you know we're waiting for a curator to place your music. That part is beyond our control. However, we did get your song on 1 playlist, and it's already bringing in some streams.
Our promotion services are completely legitimate. Real people listen to your track and choose whether to share it. As mentioned in our emails, we didn't want to keep waiting for the initial curator, so we're pitching your music to more curators to speed up fulfilling your order.
I'm not sure why you'd label our efforts as fraud. We've partially delivered on your promotion, and we made it clear from the start that it might take more than two weeks to fully launch your campaign. We hope you'll reconsider your review and provide a fairer assessment of your experience with us.
We're committed to making your promotion successful and will keep you updated.
Kind Regards,
Tracks To The Max Support Team

Hi Chinedu,
Thank you for your email! As explained in my previous email, we have delivered what you ordered. Starter Package 5K - 10K est. views
We have run a Google Ads campaign to fulfill your package.
This can be seen in both the comments, likes, and views. Additionally, you ordered a package without country targeting and did not mention this in the comments.
We are disappointed to see that you have posted a negative review about our service that we have indeed delivered. In our opinion, you are now giving a wrong impression to our potential customers. We would like to ask you to remove this review. Without our work, you would not have had the number of views. The fact that you mention having purchased another promotion service has nothing to do with what we have done for you in terms of promotion work.
We will send you a report today from our Google Ads so you can see for yourself that we have indeed delivered your package. Unfortunately, I must inform you that we cannot proceed with a refund.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Kind Regards,
Tracks To The Max Support Team
