Ordered child toys. No email confirming dispatch. Apparently it was lost in transit. When checked with company advised not in stock. Happy to take your money without planning on delivering the goods. Avoid at all cost

Bought a Baumhaus Roscoe shoe cupboard in Oct-19 via aTrackpack who get them straight from the manufacturer, Baumhaus. The delivery Kinetics is Baumhaus' own delivery company who also delivered the item. It came damaged. I got sent a replacement some weeks later which also came damaged. I complained after the second time and was offered a £50 reduction if I chose to keep it. I mentioned I would like a replacement or would only accept it for £50. A third replacement came some weeks later, which amazingly was also damaged (split front panel near hinge). I was extremely disappointed as the design actually is quite lovely but quality checking was lacking (even though you would expect there to be extra attention if this was the first replacement). I asked for a refund from Trackpack and they said they would contact Baumhaus to arrange collection - this took a number of weeks. I requested that since I was given daytime slots for the most part I could no longer keep these times open for the same time for what was essentially a fourth trip (aside from one time, all the times were in working hours and I work full time, like most people). I was told previously they couldn't control it and was offered two slots during the days I work which I turned down and then early January 2020, the piece was finally collected and I was given a refund.

I am giving this two stars since Trackpack did respond to communications in a fairly timely manner and did issue a refund (tho no offer of voucher or anything despite the huge inconvenience). However, it seemed also that they were not so proactive in ensuring the delivery of a good product despite me being their direct customer (rather than Baumhaus) and effectively had the attitude of it wasn't their direct fault since it came from Baumhaus, which in many respects is true but I would expect them to take more responsibility for the customer's experience.

Complained order not arrived ...lost in post.Second item sent out not received yet although advised to give them another day.
Shocking service

Shocking service, have been trying to purchase a Jorg Gray watch since 2nd December! The initial watch came damaged and without any paperwork at all so I returned it. Waited over 2 weeks for my refund. Ordered an alternative watch and after waiting weeks, chased and chased, the watch had been lost in transit by the Royal Mail. The watch didn’t arrive in time for Xmas. And upon chasing today have been advised that my order has been cancelled by them! Awful, awful service, now awaiting another two weeks for my second refund! Would not recommend or deal with again!

Cannot thank these guys enough. I ordered through amazon and the tent arrived from Trackpack. There was something missing and they solved right away. I then contacted them direct after 2 months regarding small issue with tent. They done a warranty claim and new tent was here within a week. They were true to their word and timescales. Always nervous dealing with online retailer. But will deal with them again without hesitation. Would strongly recommend

Never recieved my order or the dispatch notice as promised... chased my order as it was a Birthday present to be told they can not locate my order and i should let them know if i still want it advised i really needed this no response and no delivery... AVOID

Brought a scooter for our daughter, after not arriving we chased them to be advised this was lost in transit. After 5 days with no response and her 3rd birthday looming we brought from another supplier special delivery. At this point track pack decided to send another out (nice touch) without informing us (ideally we could have done with knowing) now return refund provided by amazon (Great) however still waiting after 2 weeks for the £15.00 signed delivery to be refunded....... I will not be using this company again. A real let down! After sales is AWFUL

We bought a scooter from them and a part of it broke after a few months, totally not their fault as its a product by a company called Globber that they import. I contacted Globber UK directly about it and they were completely slow, unhelpful with three word answers not addressing my actual questions. Very bad.

But then I just contacted these guys to see if they could look into it and within a day they had responded and started taking action. All was sorted in a very short amount of time. They responded to each and every email and question i had. Excellent service and support.
