Another problem solved by TPS for me. (My first purchase was in 2017.) a local not-for-profit association needed a multi-region Blu-Ray & DVD player for delivery at short notice, and TPS came up trumps - at a very reasonable price too, and the product supplied worked perfectly “out of the box”. So grateful - very happy to recommend!

I had ordered a Panasonic 4k blu ray player from TPS and the service was absolutely first class. Not only was the blu ray player a great price it came with an HDMI cable as well as a 4k movie (cable used into my AV receiver and works perfectly) but it arrived even quicker than I expected so really pleased, Once ordered though had a nice courtesy call to say that the order had been received by TPS and a week after it arrived had another courtesy call making sure everything was okay (nice touch and rare now). I would 100% without a doubt recommend TPS and will buy from them again.

Second TV I've bought from TPS. Both Panasonic. Both excellent. Ordering process is slick with TPS. Much improved communication since the first purchase 4 years ago. The 7 year warranty (2 years added by TPS) and competitive prices were the clincher both times. Delivered from stock. The only reason to deduct a star was the delivery experience. The delivery company chosen by TPS are specialists in handling delicate items and the TV was delivered with care. However they are unreliable when it comes to delivering on time. After agreeing a Friday afternoon delivery they asked if it could instead be Saturday morning early which I agreed. Early Saturday a no option message tells me it will be Saturday afternoon. Saturday evening arrives and I'm tearing my hair out. No response to phone or text. Finally at 9:40pm it's delivered. Not an experience I want to repeat.

Got a call as soon as the order went through..... Confirmed all my details etc.. Next day delivery .... Got a call once delivered to check all was well..... Old fashioned 5 star customer service..... Not experienced that for a very long time!.... Well done... First class!...

I bought a Sony A90k TV at a great price, much cheaper than anywhere else. The HDMI port 2 was faulty, which was quickly tested at the store to prove the fault. I was given a new one straight away, which works perfectly. The service is great here and the staff are very friendly. I'm very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend them.

Delivered faster than I expected. Also, although I opted for the "damaged packaging" item, there really wasn't any notable damage to it. Item was secure and worked straight out of the box.

Purchased numerous TV's from TPS over the years customer service and 7 year warranty is what makes this company stand out from the rest.

They came when they said and on time and was very help full with the t.v. as well

Great service. Highly recommend. Very friendly sales person. Love my Dolby Atmos soundbar as it takes you in to a whole new level. Rear surround speaker are a must have to get full experience. I'm happy I bought this, truly amazing sound.
