I was helped by a super knowledgeable polite person that goes by the name of Xen, this was my very first time buying a harness, she knew so much, she pointed me to a sturdy yet reasonably priced one and it works so well. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another toy store again this is my new regular.

I'm soo upset! The device stopped working and will not turn on. It's a great product if it actually worked long enough. 140.00 down the drain. Hard Lesson learned.

Poor communication
They didnt have the item requested and substituted without asking me. There was a difference in pricing and when I called asking to be refunded the difference the manager said they would refund it. The refund was not received.
