I just purchased the Hot Toys 'The Thing' (MMS813B) Special Edition, and the experience with ToysAssemble has been perfect from start to finish. Their customer service on Instagram and via email is incredibly kind, fast, and transparent. They reassured me about the 'No Customs' shipping method to Italy and processed the order in record time. It’s rare to find a shop that cares so much about its customers while offering such competitive prices. Even before the package arrives, their professionalism clearly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend them to all European and Italian collectors!

I’ve never dealt with a company that uses sorcery to ship their items, it blows my mind that they ship figures out from China to the US in two business days…by far the best company to buy from for figures that might be hard to get or were recently released and the fact they send you a picture of the figure box and shipper is the cherry on top; 100% recommend to anyone who’s purchasing for the first time

My first purchase from Toys Assemble and it was a great experience! I ordered two Hot Toys and they were delivered to me three days later and I'm in the US. That's amazing! Shipping from overseas was unbelievably fast and unexpected!! Also, the attention to the packaging was perfect!! 1st time buyer, I bought the hard to find battle damaged T-800 2.0. The item arrived quickly and in great shape I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer service was great! Only small gripe I wished the brown mailer was included for free rather than a seperate charge which is the minor drawback, also wish there was more options for shipping. Only option I was provided was expedited. However to buy figures that are hard to find at near retail cost this is definitely the place to go or for any other hot toy figure needs, you will not be disappointed:) ❤️

When I first heard of this company I was a little skeptical about another hot toys seller since I was so badly burned from Toys wonderland. I know many people try to compare the two companies but
TOYS ASSEMBLE is 100% legit and has nothing to do with the other company.
I've had fantastic customer service, the communication is always on point and the rapid shipping time to Canada is fantastic. I personally cannot say enough good things about this company and I am definitely happy to be continuing business with them as I have purchased more than seven figures so far.

I am a very cautious buyer when buying from overseas, especially with sellers that I am not familiar with but from now and then I like to try new stores especially if the prices are very tempting.

I have been very impressed by the service provided by Toys Assemble, and they have now become my new go to.

I ordered the Hot Toys Dark Knight Returns figure on Friday Evening UK time, and it was dispatched the following morning with an estimated delivery date of Monday morning. I expected this to be changed to a few days later than this, but like magic it arrived by mid day Monday. Three day delivery, over a weekend too! Now dont get me wrong. The delivery price is expensive, but the price of the item itself is reasonable enough that it balances back out to cheaper than alternatives on ebay and the likes, and other sellers dont even take responsibility for import fees or tariffs. While i am not sure exactly how it works, i had a hassle free experience that i was more than satisfied with.

I was so satisfied that I have already ordered another item from Toys Assembled on Sunday Evening, and had confirmation today that has also been dispatched on Monday afternoon, and is expected Wednesday morning!

Fantastic Store, and very pleasant service with full tracking and photos sent of the item and delivery information. Will be buying from Toys Assemble again!

A bit of confusion in when item would be received; however, once it arrived everything was great.

I ordered it on Tuesday and it already arrived on Thursday, so the shipping was really fast.

The package was packed very well and everything arrived safely — nothing was damaged. The price was also very good.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my order and the fast delivery. I will definitely order again!
