Kate and Rachael were great! Kate’s explanation of best practice was so helpful and she made the whole experience enjoyable… not something often said about a hygiene appointment!

I had an appointment with the hygienist, Mandy and Marie were very good, informative and not rushing me through it, gave breaks if I needed it. Felt like a person getting treatment rather than another customer on the conveyor!

Myself and my family have been customers for a number of years and always receive excellent service. The team are extremely helpful and always make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Towngate Dental Service.

I’ve been with this practice for nearly 30 years and I have only ever had excellent advice and service from them. I am especially impressed by Kate, the dental hygienist, with whose help I have been able to maintain and keep my teeth, despite a couple of illnesses. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional and with a caring heart, Kate explains every step of the treatment and always makes me feel relaxed about what she is doing. Similarly, when my son was having orthodontic treatment and was being less than vigorous with the after care, despite several nudges from the orthodontist and myself, it was Kate who managed to make him see how important his routine was and there were no issues after that. As a Mum of a grumpy (then) teenager, I was so grateful to finally put the arguments with him aside.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the practice and especially Kate. The staff are lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable without being superior or dismissive. They always have time to discuss issues and will help in any way they can. If you are nervous about any sort of dental treatment, this is the place for you. You will be welcomed with open arms and your fears will quickly alleviated.

Reza and Jessica made the whole process fairly easy, taking their time and supporting me. Reza laid out a number of options, giving me time to select the right plan. Very pleased with the results

Just had a complete reconstruction of my teeth carried out by Prof Roudsari assisted by Michelle exceptional work with a brilliant outcome. Thanks to the reception team and all the staff for there help,who make this a stress free environment.

My daughter is finally at the end of her brace journey & I can’t thank the practice enough for what has been a phenomenal experience.
The amazing service starts first with HANNAH B, who is an absolute bundle of joy & always welcoming us with a smile.
BEN has been INCREDIBLE, he has been both thorough, and determined throughout the treatment plan to ensure the results are a lovely set of straight teeth & it hasn’t been easy. We regularly have Hannah G who is a brilliant dental nurse, attentive and soothing.
The dental practice itself is calm, clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing and just generally refreshing to step into. Every single member of staff shows such wonderful attitude & always happy, smiling & welcoming. I’d go as far to say that this is the best dental practice we’ve ever been to & I would highly recommend.

Many and Michelle (hygienist clean appointment) were kind and helpful. They did a good and thorough job of cleaning my implants. I recommend them and the practice is on the ball, friendly and obliging.

I had composite bonds done by faye at towngate dental practice. The whole process from start to finish has been easy, comforting and helpful. Jessica was able to answer all my questions regarding finance and payments and reassurance was given throughout. Faye is exceptional at what she does, she is without a doubt a perfectionist and who wouldn't want that when it comes to your teeth!? I'm more than happy with the service provided by everyone at the practice and couldn't recommend them more. They're always smiling and willing to help wherever they can. Thanks towngate for giving me my smile back!

Excellent service! the staff are all lovely and keep you informed of each and every step of whatever process you are going through. The equipment is state of the art, I'd highly recommend! .

I just simply can’t put into words just how grateful I am for such empathetic staff. I have serious PTSD from a lifetime of poor dental experiences. I am the worst patient imaginable for terrible panic and anxiety. Ben is amazing, I trust him, which is a good start. He will take time, always explain when there is going to be noise or sensation, will go at my pace regardless of time. Is so calming and reassuring. Don’t get me wrong, a lifetime of poor care still makes it traumatic but the ability to peal me off the ceiling and at least get me in a chair is a gift. The nursing staff are also amazing,always reassuring and know what to expect and how to react the second I walk in the door. I still feel an idiot but just glad for the expert and trusting care. Thank you xx

I recently required a complicated bridge covering 7 teeth, including my 2 front teeth. However my regular dentist was due to retire so he recommended Mrs Taylor at Towngate dental and insisted that I didn't go anywhere else. How right he turned out to be!
My experience of Towngate has been second to none, from the staff on reception to all the dental staff and their assistants.
Mrs Taylor has done an excceptional job on my bridge, no detail was too small or insignificant to address and I am very pleased with the outcome indeed.
I must also mention Mrs Taylor's assistant, Lily, who was also fabulous, such a lovely young lady and was kind, courteous and very gentle.
Overall I highly recommend Towngate dental and Mrs Taylor. The prices are relatively high but the work is exceptional and wholly worth the cost.

I have been a patient at Towngate Dental Practice for several years and the service is excellent. I recently went there again for an extraction and a new set of dentures. For people who are worried about injections don’t be...the experience was painless and the care taken was excellent. The dentures are very natural looking and the best fit I have ever had. Thank you Towngate and especially to the lovely lady dentist whose care I was under........John Taylor.

Staff are very friendly from the moment you walk in .

Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Dentist is knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Gives advice and helps.

Considering i hate dentists i find i am relaxed for my appointments.
