How A Bad Employee Can Ruin A Business
I am a long, long time customer.
When i made my last loan i was scared it would not go through, because i had fallen on bad times and my credit, as far as i knew was very bad. However! The lady that helped me -her name was Candy, i believe, not certain, will have to check papers-was sooo helpful and nice...she looked at my history of paid off loans with Tower Loan from years before and said...O! WOW! your credit with us is Great! You can have a loan with us, Anytime with the way your credit with us looks! I was sooo happy that day! That was a 10 star rating day! Butttt! Someone called me last month, a man, i am behind one payment and a current payment was due...i told him when i would make the current payment... first off he was rude to me....passive aggressive RUDE about me working and not being able to answer his calls when he made them and not returning them because they were closed when i get off work. Then he proceeded to tell me he and his manager wanted to send my account to the collections department... Or where ever they send bad accounts...i cant remember the word they used right now. So 3 star is good for how horrible they made me out to be and how worthless i felt. Have a good day and fire the poopy people please....i explained to them why i am behind one payment. That horrible, rude, mean man that called me should have to pay my back payment. Because he made me say i wouldn't pay y'all another dime...and i would do business elsewhere... Which i didn't mean...i love Tower Loan, y'all have help me out of a lot of bad spots! And i am loyal if nothing else--and i pay my debt, i might be a little late sometimes... But, they get paid! Not sure about the day he called, just guessed a date that is near it.

Less money, not good …
Well when I was told that I had been approved I automatically thought it was for the amount I had asked for, well I got there it was only for half the amount at that point I was put in a bind but accepting what THEY had approved.. which I didn’t like but had to accept it.
