The app doesn't work
I downloaded the app but it didn't work. I called and they walked me through it & it still didn't work. I tried to go online so I could make payments but that didn't work either. So I paid off my loan before due day & will probably never use them again. But I will say they lady at the front was very pleasant who assisted me after I had to drive all the way to Longview to make the payment.
