The tour operated by EUROPAMUNDO VACACIONES had put my wife and I with a fully Spanish-speaking group and unfortunately the tour guide Ceaser, a sweet smiley person, could barely converse in English and mostly spoke Spanish. Whatever little he spoke in English was at most times incoherent. Our trip could have been so much more interesting if the guide could speak decent English. The driver Lorainna could certainly converse in English, but then she only occasionally came on the mike. On the last two days, 8 of us were shifted into a van with a guide and driver who could converse both in Spanish and English and that helped a lot to make the trip somewhat worthwhile. I wish Tours4fun had ensured that the tour was operated by a party that provided English-speaking guides, as asked for.

The tour was well structured and flowed well the tour guide was very professional and informative,he solidified my discision to use tours for fun again in the future.

I booked the 2-Day Niagara Falls Budget Tour from New York/New Jersey with Tours4Fun.

During the tour, the guide made a racially insensitive comment while giving instructions about punctuality. I was using the live translation feature on my phone, and the translation showed words to the effect of: “the dark-skinned one… I can’t say the name of the country… they prefer to be late.”

The comment was offensive and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I later contacted Tours4Fun and sent screenshots of the live translation so they could review what happened.

There was also another issue with the booking. I was charged an additional fuel fee that was not clearly disclosed to me beforehand. I was not told before the tour that I would have to pay this extra amount.

What concerns me even more now is Tours4Fun’s public response to my earlier review. They stated that they offered me $45 in compensation, that I accepted it, and that I confirmed the matter was resolved.

That is not true.

I have not received any $45 compensation, and I never told Tours4Fun that I considered this matter resolved. I have my email history and payment records to support this.

It is extremely concerning to see a company publicly state that a customer accepted compensation and closed a complaint when that did not happen.

So the issues are now:

1. The racially insensitive comment made during the tour.
2. The additional fuel charge that was not disclosed to me beforehand.
3. The public claim that I accepted $45 compensation and considered the matter resolved, which I dispute and have records to verify.

I have kept the screenshots, emails, booking records, and payment records related to this matter. I am continuing to pursue this formally because I do not consider the issue resolved.

Cindy Chen, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable and professional. She provided all the necessary arrangement and assistance we need for the entire trip from Toronto to Montreal and Quebec. She is very organized and helpful. I appreciate her driving in the heavy rain to drop all customers at different hotels. She is the best.

It was a well organized tour with sufficient time provided for each spot. Our tour guide Yasmin was very good and professional.

The tour went pretty well despite some last minute changes in the plan. The re-scheduling was prompt and the team made sure we had the information beforehand.

Great trip and great day

I found the website easy to reserve my vacation. But, I wish the website can be more informative related to the reservation e.g. sending out an email to confirm my reservation with details of payment received.

I thought we joined an English speaking tour but were surprised to find that the tour guide spoke Spanish and English during the tour. I suggest the Tour can separate the English and Spanish speaking groups during the tour.

The booking process was a bit confusing, but the service was immpecable. The pick-up, itinerary, the commentary about the sites , the comfortable transport , the guides were kind , knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a great experience on our 2-Day National Parks Tour! The trip was well organized and gave us the opportunity to see some truly beautiful places, especially Sequoia & Kings Canyon and Yosemite National Park.

A special shout-out to Jordan, our tour guide, for making the journey enjoyable and informative. He kept us updated throughout the trip, explained the itinerary clearly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. With so much packed into two days, we really appreciated his organization and guidance.

It was a wonderful way to experience these incredible national parks without having to worry about the driving and planning. Lots of beautiful scenery and memorable moments along the way.

Simple, clear and enjoyed every trip I took. I like the concise details and the trips abiding to the details provided. I also like the details on additional excursions/fees and taxes listed before we book the tour which provided me the actual cost of our vacation. I recommended many people and got the same or better feedback

Andy, our tour guide was wonderful and gave us such a wonderful first-time experience in Iceland. He was very informative and answered all our questions. I love the intimate group we had, and everyone was so easy-going. I definitely would recommend this tour, and I want to come back again!
