WARNING: don't book with this inflexible company!
WARNING: If you are even 5 minutes late, you will miss your tour, and they WON'T REFUND your money! This actually happened to us. We even contacted Tourmania ahead of time to say that we were going to be five minutes late (because there was a protest in the street blocking traffic) and asked if we could join the tour in progress, and they said no because they wouldn't be able to reach the tour guide. We asked if we could join another tour on another day instead, but they said "no, all of the tours are sold out" (which was a lie!).
Then they offered us a 30-minute coffee-making experience worth $15 USD. So instead of the 3-hour tour worth $170 USD, they expected us to accept a 30-minute tour worth $15 USD. We declined, and they kept our money.

As clearly stated on the voucher, our walking tours are small-group experiences that must start on time to ensure a smooth and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to arrive at the meeting point on time, as the guide can wait a maximum of 5 minutes. After the tour begins, the guide is fully focused on leading the group and is unable to answer calls or accommodate late arrivals.
From our records, it appears that you arrived later than the 5-minute grace period. Unfortunately, once the group has departed, it becomes impossible for the guide to interrupt the tour without affecting the experience of the other guests.
We truly regret that we were unable to reschedule your tour on your preferred day, as availability can be very limited—especially during peak times when tours often sell out. The alternative activity we offered was meant as a goodwill gesture, even though it could not replace the full value of the original tour.
We understand your disappointment and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our service.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you on one of our tours in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the ancient city of Troy, and it was a truly unforgettable day, thanks entirely to our phenomenal tour guide, Sandy.
Sandy was absolutely wonderful—she is easily one of the best guides I've ever encountered. She possesses a rare combination of deep knowledge about the site's complex archaeology, history, and mythology, along with an evident passion that makes the tour incredibly engaging.
She didn't just recite facts; she painted a vivid picture of the ancient world. Her ability to explain the different strata (Troy\ I through Troy\ IX) and their significance was impeccable, delivered with clarity and infectious enthusiasm.
If you are planning a trip to the Troy ancient city, I highly recommend asking for Sandy. Her dedication truly enhances the experience and brings this legendary archaeological site to life. A massive thank you to Sandy for a truly memorable trip!

The Unforgettable Ancient City Tour
The tour of the ancient cities in Antalya was wonderful from start to finish — from the clear pickup information before the journey began to the smooth drop-off at the end. Our guide, Ozi, was especially outstanding. He was extremely friendly and explained the ancient cities and their history with such depth, clarity, and engaging stories that listening to him made the entire visit both enjoyable and informative. Ozi was the best tour guide I have ever met!
Everything ran right on schedule from pickup to drop-off, and since we changed hotels, it was great that we were dropped off at the new one without any issues.

We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Johnny Cash. He really created a great atmosphere and included everyone. Our driver was excellent, and the lunch was plentiful and very tasty. Personally, I found the music on the boat ride a bit loud, but it didn’t spoil the fun at all.
