Ordered a football kit for my son over 6 weeks ago. Never received it. Received some fob of emails to start with. Now it’s been 4 weeks since they responded to me. Haven’t provided proof of it being posted or anything. Haven’t sent me a refund or tried to send the product again. I have had to report them as fraud. Anyone waiting I advise you to do the same as seems your won’t get your order. Any good reviews I believe to be fake as you don’t have to dig far to see many people are being scammed.

Hello guys I bought something at total sport n after 1 wash I c something wrong with it like the printing goes off CN I take it back,evn if it's after 3 months of purchase?

Total rip off. Put my order in first week in September and still waiting despite several emails promising that my order is on the way. A very dissapointed grandson. Keep clear of this company at all costs.
I've pleaded for a refund but heard zilch!!

I had a problem with my running shoes I bought.
I took them back to total sports in rosebank.
The manger replaced them with no problem. The service I Received was excellent

Shocking! Fake Kits!
Shocking! Won't reply to emails! Won't give me my refund! Order was wrong! Socks missing! Kits are fake, printing is wonky. Stain on one of the kits! Returns go back to a PO box! Absolute shambles! Save yourself the hassle, save your money and don't deal with these cowboys! I'm £90 out-of pocket!

Dreadful company. AVOID at all costs. They took my money for a child’s Liverpool football kit and three months later I still haven’t received it and doubt I ever will.They also duplicated my card payment so scammed me twice. Luckily I have been reimbursed by my credit card company after a lot of form filling. This company should not be allowed to trade in the U.K.

I am writing to update my previous review. I received my order a few days ago, which was only sent because i went public with my review.However it is a FAKE Arsenal kit of poor quality. I know this because i had ordered the same one from the Arsenal shop when this one failed to arrive. I compared the two kits and they are nothing alike. Please do not order from this company you will hqve nothing but hassle and disappointment. I will niw have to cintact trading standards in a bid to retrieve my money.

Do not buy any Anything online from #totalsports . Not only will you be sent the wrong item but you‘lol then be sent on a pointless hunt to rectify the situation of which there is no end result. I ordered a boys shoe and got a girls pink size 4 shoe. Totally wrong. Stay clear of #bad #online stores!

Very bad service, Total Sport Kimberley in CBD. As I entered the store I saw one of the staff eating lunch from her lunch box with a spoon. No one at the front door with hand santiser except that it was on a table and we as customers had to spray ourselves. I wasn't the only customer in the store, we were about 5 people. I looked for a Nike to for my son without been offered any service. The consultant at the service counter called the consultant that was eating to the service counter. She even continued eating there. I asked if she was working at the store and she gave me a strange look. This is really "bad" for business in these crucial times. I am an account customer and I also work in clothing retail. Please look into the matter. I did not ask for the ladies name, as I was too upset and left the store.

Absolutely appauling company. Ordered a full kit which I never received. Started emailing the company to which I kept getting emails leading me down some fantasy land they seem to live in. Was emailed at 3am informing they'd taken it upon themselves to cancel my order and now being told I've been refunded when I haven't. Low and behold my emails are now being ignored so I have taken it upon myself to start a formal statutory demand through the government towards the company.

After waiting 2 months for my order to arrive and a empty promise of a free shirt they still can't answer my e-mails, this company is the worst I've had to deal with, don't even bother with them.
