Service was great, language barrier hard to understand tech but with Hector's help it was explained well. Any issues that came up during the installation of the water heater was handled properly.
You cannot do better than Hector and his team. Fast, reliable and exceptional work. They know what they’re doing. No surprises. Choose Total Repair Now and you will be glad you did. I highly recommend.
My experience with Total Repair was very disappointing. At first, everything sounded professional and trustworthy, but after the AC replacement I felt completely misled regarding my home warranty claim.
I was told not to worry about approving the invoice beforehand and was reassured that the home warranty company would cover and reimburse approximately $1,600. Based on those statements, I agreed to move forward with the replacement. Later, the warranty company refused to pay, and I was left responsible for costs I was told would be covered.
What concerns me the most is that I felt Total Repair was working more in the interest of the home warranty company than in protecting or advising me as the customer. Important details and risks were not clearly explained before the work was completed.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you are dealing with a home warranty claim, make sure you personally get everything approved in writing before authorizing any work or signing anything.

Total Repair Now never offered, promised, approved, or guaranteed any reimbursement from your home warranty company. We also did not bring up or propose any reimbursement amount as part of the sale. According to our records, you were the one comparing replacement options, negotiating the pricing, and stating that you intended to seek reimbursement through another source.
The reimbursement amount discussed in the communication was approximately $1,800, not $1,600, and it was never presented by Total Repair Now as a guaranteed payment. Any reimbursement decision was always between you and the warranty company or third-party source. Total Repair Now has no authority to approve claims, determine coverage, or guarantee payments from any warranty provider.
Our role was to provide HVAC replacement options, send the estimate for your review, and complete the work after authorization. It is not accurate to state that Total Repair Now misled you or told you not to worry because the warranty company would cover the cost.
Because this involves private customer communications, we will not post call records or private details publicly. However, we can provide the relevant communications directly to you for review.
We stand behind the work performed and remain available to provide invoices, estimates, or documentation needed for any warranty appeal or follow-up.
Hector was involved from start to finish. I had a full replacement and he worked to ensure I understood exactly what was happening and when. He answered all my questions and never felt rushed. He understood this was a large expense and worked to help my cost as much as possible. He is a good man.

They were assigned contractor through our home warranty company for broken A/C and within an hour of submitting the claim, they scheduled same day job.
Through out the job, Hector was prompt to work with our warranty company to provide necessary information and get claim approved resulting in fixing our a/c within a week. He was also very helpful answering all our questions and helping us make decision with only fixing necessary things saving us money.
His team was very polite and great to work with!

Total Repair Now took care of a faulty ductwork situation that I was having. They were here the very next day after I contacted them. The guys worked all day, in the hot attic in late June and finished the job in one day. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up once they completed the job. Hector was in contact during the entire work day. I recommend them 100%
