Total Moving Solutions Anmeldelser

Brilliant company, From start to finish.
I emailed a enquiry for a move from UK to Netherlands, and I was given Christian as my coordinator, and he was great, he advised me what I needed to do, and promptly answered any questions I had, along with supporting me when I felt over burdened with the paperwork or stress. We did have a slight snag, but the great man worked through a bank holiday to sort it out for me.
All time arrived safely and in great condition.
Once again, if you moving I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions.

We were looking to relocate from the EU back to the UK and did a search for UK removal companies. TMS had a high score on Trustpilot so we chose them as an option, plus they had a lot of very positive reviews.

Our first contact was with Mike who was great at explaining the options. When we realised we'd underestimated the scale of our home, he arranged for James to have a video call with us so we could show what we wanted to move. This was a great idea as James also gave a lot of advice about how to pack things that we hadn't considered.

Due to a change in our plans we had to postpone our move for the future, so we didn't continue with our booking. But the service and support from both Mike and James was very good and made us feel reassured that our move was in safe hands.

We would recommend TMS to anyone who wants a professional moving service with a personal touch that you can talk to.

Company are excellent, from beginning to end. They are proactive and professional. Price was excellent and found everyone we dealt with friendly and helpful, particular mention to Christian. We’ve moved counties more than once and this was the most seamless experience we’ve ever had. On time for pick up and delivery, calls ahead of time and everything exactly as we packed it up.

TMS Moving Solutions provided a smooth and professional shipment experience for my move from London to Sydney. A special thanks to Christian who responded to my questions promptly throughout the process, making a potentially stressful international move feel easier. The shipment arrived safely and in good condition.

Superb company. Absolute pleasure to use. James and Scott were amazing and really helped alleviate any stress during such a stressful time. Highly recommended.

I recently used Total Moving Solutions (TMS) for my move from Dublin, Ireland to Edinburgh, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled very professionally. A special mention to Scott, who was my point of contact throughout, his communication, responsiveness, and customer handling were outstanding. He kept me informed at every stage and made what could have been a stressful international move feel smooth and well-managed.

The collection and delivery teams were equally impressive. Despite a small hiccup on my end during the initial pickup, the team remained professional and accommodating. The actual collection and final delivery went very smoothly, and all my items, including fragile ones like my monitor and bike, arrived safely and in excellent condition.

I really appreciated the clear communication, structured process, and overall reliability of TMS. The coordination between TMS and their delivery partners was seamless, and everything was handled with care.

Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend TMS to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service. I would also happily use them again for any future moves.

I recently used Total Moving Solutions to move from London to Dublin.
Firstly the price was far lower than other competitors which was a great relief. I worked with Mike Goodwin to arrange everything and himself and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Mike was always on hand to answer any questions and make the process as smooth as possible. Delivery and drop-off were efficient and painless. I was moving from a first floor flat in London without a lift which did not incur any additional costs or hassle. The time between pick up and drop off was short considering it was Easter week.
I would highly recommend this company and if I am ever moving back to London I will be in touch again.

I cannot recommend TMS and their partners highly enough. We first got in touch with Steve last year when we were planning a major relocation. As it happened, our plans (d)evolved quite a bit, and we ended up moving much closer to home than originally anticipated. Despite the change in scope, the level of service remained world-class.
Why They Stand Out:
* Seamless Planning: The initial video survey was incredibly thorough and professional. It gave us total confidence in their attention to detail from day one.
* Ultimate Flexibility: Our completion date shifted several times (as they often do!), but TMS handled the constant changes with apparent ease. They took the stress out of the scheduling nightmare.
* Expert Handling: "Nothing was too difficult" seems to be their mantra. No matter the request, they met it with a "can-do" attitude.
* The Move Day Team: The movers on the day were quite simply exceptional. They were hardworking, careful with our belongings, and incredibly efficient.
Final Verdict
Moving is notoriously one of the most stressful life events, but Steve and the team made the entire process feel manageable. We are incredibly grateful for their support and expertise. If you want a removal company that is reliable, adaptable, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work, look no further than TMS.

Everything on time and delivered safely. Planning to use them again for my next shipment.

Great communication from start to finish, Christian was helpful, friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Well informed and wonderfully efficient. A very special shout out to the delivery team, James, Dylan and Zac, great guys, amazing communication and overall an incredible service. Thanks for making our move to Ireland this week go so flawlessly.

Had a great experience with TMS for my move from London to Dublin. Mike from the team was always available for any questions / queries I had and was super accommodating of my requests. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother move - would highly recommend.

James was so kind, exptremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed at the level of help I was able to receive alongside a truly compassionate person to talk to. They gave honest quotes in comparisson to other quotes and helped me understand the numbers and everything in an easy way.

I truly am pleased with the services I received. Thank you so much for your kind words and great help.

I highly recommend this company. They outsource to other moving companies which concerned me at first but choosing them was a great decision. Christian gave good advice and arranged the perfect size dedicated truck for my move from Belgium to the UK. The movers were friendly, hardworking and handled everything with care. Communication was also great.

Highly recommend! Mike was wonderful, very straightforward process, felt supported during and after the process, and fees were super reasonable. Wouldn't think twice about using them again!

I highly recommend Total Moving Solutions. The service was excellent, communication was great and I was very happy with everything.

From the moment I contacted Scott at TMS Removals I knew I was in good hands. Moving is challenging and can be stressful. We contacted four companies to compare and TMS were the most competitive and professional. We moved from Dublin to Tuscany and it the experience surpassed our expectations. Every stage was handled professionally with friendly staff packing our goods, facilitating in every way they could. They were always on time at each stage of the move and our emails and requests were responded to within hours of reaching out. We will have another move this year for another project and won't hesitate in working with TMS again. Thanks Scott. Ger & Mike Smyth

From the moment I sent the enquiry email Scott at TMS replied quickly and was proactive, professional and available to me for all of my queries. The quote was significantly cheaper than other companies so I was nervous that it wouldn’t go smoothly but I could not have been more wrong. Scott took all of the stress away and the removal guys at both ends were great. They arrived on time, packed and loaded everything within 2 hours and it was delivered to my destination abroad one week later - much faster than other companies had quoted me. Upon delivery I had the same excellent service with the guys arriving exactly when they said they would and they had unloaded to my house within an hour with everything arriving in tact. I am very happy with how smoothly everything went and I would highly recommend Scott and the team at TMS.
