There is no support. Game stuffed up and my Captain, dragon,mercs,monsters and troops did not return from a raid. Contacted support 7 days ago and still not heard back from them. Sent emails, in game tickets to support, nothing.
They are hopeless !!!

Habe etwas Geld investiert um in diesem Spiel weiterzukommen . Hatte mir Bonus von 900 Tagen im Shop gekauft ( Event: Prüfung des Olymps) diese wurden mir nicht gutgeschrieben und es kam auch keine Reaktion auf das Problem nach der Reklamation. Das ist reine Abzocke und man sollte auf jeden Fall kein Geld in dieses Spiel investieren, ich fühle mich richtig übern Tisch gezogen!!!!

False advertisement of a package.

Package clearly advertised that the benefits lasted until Hero reaches level 20. It didn't. I even took a screenshot of the ad and sent it to support. They still did not honor it, saying the package was only 48 hours unless the Hero reached level 20. That is not what the advertisement said to get me to purchase it. I contacted support and included the screenshot, and they said it was not a technical issue. Clear false advertisement and support response is very slow and incompetent.

I like the game. I like competition. I was working my way up the rankings and of course it isnt cheap. Then the game didn't give me the reward for the "hero trial" quest. Reading here that it takes weeks for support to respond really makes me question whether to continue. Having a problem at a critical time could win or lose a tournament.

I'm waiting for a response to 875891 android, or 876291 pc.to determine the games fate and rating. :)

Uninstalled after 20 mins. Starts off similar to the advert, then won't let you go any further until you do a quest which you can't do by yourself. It's laborious and seems like you can only really progress by spending money, or joing with other people if they are online, which is massively time consuming.

Das Spiel ist totale Abzocke. Ohne Käufe muss man tagelang warten, bis man weiterspielen kann, nach fünf Tagen wieder deinstalliert.

El juego presenta fallas constantemente. Lo único que por supuesto funciona a la perfección es el cobro a la tarjeta de crédito . Pésima asistencia en caso de presentar algún problema :(

Warning, NON EXISTENT support. Game is fun. Like any game, it'll start slow. But once you know the tournaments, bang, your city will take off. However, if a glitch hits your account, you are on your own. Support will only automatically give you a ticket number. THAT IS ALL. If it is terminal and you have spent money, IT'S ALL GONE. Again, there is no support whatsoever. Good luck.

I've been locked out of my pc account (states that no account exists with my e-mail address) for 8 days now & the only response from their support team is a ticket reference number that was auto-generated.
Seems live I've wasted hundreds of pounds...

Avoid this at all costs. Nothing like the game they advertise. It is a complex strategy game, which is also based on PC and that takes hours of work to achieve very little. You will never get anywhere if you don’t spend real money. Especially don’t let kids play it. There are high level players who bully and harass others by threatening them in the chats daily. A ‘king’ gets elected by other players, and they control one of several kingdoms, along with their chosen clan leaders (all players). It’s basically a power trip for real life underachievers. This whole game is very dubious, as well as a money pit. Read other reviews, it’s honestly not worth downloading.

Après avoir dépensé plus de 200€ dans le jeu j’essaye de me connecter et cela me dit que j’ai été banni alors que je n’ai enfreint aucunes règles, j’ai contacter 17 fois le support sans aucunes réponses, je veux juste que mon compte soit réactivé ou être remboursé des sommes que j’ai dépensé c’est une honte !

Invertí dinero y tiempo en Total Battle, pero su gestión es desastrosa. En dos ocasiones me cobraron de más por error, y hace un mes envié un correo con pruebas (incluyendo capturas de pantalla) para reclamar. Nunca respondieron. Tras dos intentos más sin respuesta, pedí el reembolso a Apple por los cobros indebidos, y Apple me lo validó. ¿La respuesta de Total Battle? Me bloquearon la cuenta automáticamente. 2 tickets abierto y zero resolución. #849865, #834018
En resumen: inviertes dinero, el juego comete errores de facturación, ignoras tus reclamaciones y, cuando intentas recuperar tu dinero, te castigan. Pésima atención al cliente y nula responsabilidad por sus fallos. Si estás pensando en gastar dinero en este juego, piénsalo dos veces.

I am writing this review because I feel the support service is not at all helpful they don’t even reply to any of the queries. My game name is KELERUS AND I AM IN KINGDOM 216. I was trying to link my account, I managed to link my email ID but when it came to creating the password, I selected the password I wanted but did not receive the one time code in my email. So I have been struggling to get back in the game. I am in clan XXX in kingdom 216. It’s been more than 4 days I haven’t been able to get back into that account. I feel disappointed that there is no response from the support service. I have spent lots of money on that account and I feel someone from support team should have contact me to resolve my query.

This is such a disappointment to see such level of ridiculous support service.

I cannot even change my email ID. I don’t even know What to do now.

I hope someone from support service contact me. I have provided all the information and if they need more information than they should contact me.

Utterly dishonest. About as much excitement as watching a long distance snail race whilst blindfolded.

Why would anyone create a real time game that has gameplay that is a thousand times slower than a turned based game? The answer is they want lots of your cash to speed things up for a short time, but don;t expect to get even the little that you pay for.

The game is lacking in any real strategy. All you and up doing is mindless detailed management and waiting and wait and waiting endlessly for something tiny to happen. The game crashes regularly, which is appalling for software that is so basic.

One further thing. The continuous saturated advertising that these clowns bombard people with, is enough on its own to have nothing to do with them.

Greedy and arrogant people run this game and will scam you when convenient. They misapplied hundreds of dollars of in app payments and refused to refund or apply goods to my account. Unbelievable and sad that they can take advantage of people so easily. WARNING TO ALL NOT TO PLAY THIS GAME!

Boh, non capisco tante recensioni negative. Forse vivo il gioco in modo diverso, io non ci spendo un euro. Alle 22 eseguo le missioni, sono in un buon clan e mi diverto a leggere le chat. Ogni tanto vengo massacrato, ma ricostruire non costa molto. Certo ora che ho edifici a livello 20 ed eroe a livello 34 è tutto molto costoso, vedremo come evolve. Io non ho instenzione di spenderci nulla.
