Worst customer service ever experienced. Made an order and they have effectively stolen my money. No item sent or received. Ignoring all my email requests for further information and updates.
Unable to contact customer service. Customer satisfaction is non existent in their list of priorities.
I would give it zero stars if possible. Not even worth one star
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Very difficult communication. I've requested a refund on the 10th of January 2024. Today is the 7th of April, almost 3 months have passed and I still haven't got my money back. They just ignore my messages and emails.

Never trust this company, the worst experience I've had online shopping in my entire life, there is no contact number, they don't respond to your emails for weeks, and they never resolve your problem. stay away from this company.

I placed an order 10th March for literally 2 things. I still haven't gotten them. The thing hasn't changed status from "pending" since I placed the order. This is getting ridiculous. I've messaged the whatsapp, sent support ticket requests, emailed. Nothing. This is just crazy.

I wanted a PC only for flight simulators to be played on Virtual Reality
I contacted Custom PC and after a few emails back and forth they put together a PC taking into account my suggestions and needs.
And they nailed it! I'm enjoying flight simulators on VR, graphics set to max, no dips in perfomance or stutters...
I'm just blown away with the PC's performance on VR.
If you want a pc and you're not sure where to start, contact these guys, they kow their stuff.
Highly recommended!

Extremely Slow Delivery.

Ordered a few pieces of equipment that took 20 business days to arrive, (they stressed 10 MAX)

Thought this might have been a once off. Ordered another headset and it has been 30 Business days and no sign whatsoever. avoid at all costs if in a hurry to build a PC. Pay the extra money for a reliable company

Bought a power supply unit from CustomPC a few months ago and my computer stopped working after I installed it about two months later. Had it tested by a third party and the PSU was faulty. I sent it back to CustomPC which they then tested and confirmed it was faulty. I requested a replacement but they have ignored my request countless times over a 2 month period and have ignored every attempt I made to contact them. You can't even ring them, which just shows they don't want to deal with people or face up to there customer obligations. I had to get another power supply and ordered off amazon as I needed my computer. At least they have a returns policy that functions! Will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!!!

Listing items as in stock with a 5 day delivery when in reality item is not in stock and delivery estimated at 2-3 weeks. Item is still listed as in stock even now. Dishonest.

Very hard to get a reply to any aftersales queries.

I was planning to buy a good powerful gaming PC, but i checked the prices of parts that i need and it is from 100e to 200e more expensive than other suppliers for the same products.
If you want to save money do a research if not just go for it.

I tried to buy a cpl products, and went through the process of applying for a financed load via HUMM, but after getting approval from HUMM, CusPC did not process the order. Understandably things can go wrong in the order, so I created a ticket on CusPC's website to get help, got a reply one day later asking for details, which I did, days later no response...created a 2nd ticket, no response, finally I chanced my arm and opened a 3rd ticket but I am not holding my breath. Unable to ring as no ph# is available to the public. Very disappointed

Bad communication.

Very long wait times almost 3 weeks waiting for a delivery.

All of a sudden, can't log into account to track order.

Can't track order as info is incorrect when it's not

No issues, all good, no complaints

It took almost two weeks for mouse to arrive (Glorious Model D mouse).
The top button on the mouse doesn't work at all. I have contacted both Glorious and torquegaming. Torquegaming.ie have not replied at all, Glorious requested that I go through torque but get back to them if I have any problems with torque, so I guess I will have to do that.
I can not recommend torquegaming.ie at all at this time.

Arrived quickly, have it about two weeks now and I’m really impressed, it’s a great computer zero problems and great service.

Very professional in terms of giving updates and feedback on purchases and deliveries.
