Order DEI 010003 wrap which is a non…
Order DEI 010003 wrap which is a non fiberglass wrap made with lava rocks. What I got was a repacked wrap which was made from fiberglass.
Trying to sell premium DEI product but provide cheap header wrap that definitely was not DEI. Misrepresented product.

It was definitely NOT DEI's titanium wrap, the stuff was fiberglass!!! Cheap crap ended up tossing it.

Please call us at 415-767-6905 and ask to speak to Tim. We are a DEI dealer and this is from DEI in original packaging, exactly as they send it to us. DEI has two types of packaging for some of their wraps: 1) in a plastic box for display in a store or 2) shrink wrapped rolls, which is what you got. You are welcome to call DEI and check that we are a dealer. There was NO misrepresentation. If you are unsatisfied, you can return the product to us.

Torque is awesome and fast.
It is refreshing and astonishing to see a company do an outstanding job in this day and age. After waiting over a month for an order from another company (without any updates) I cancelled the order with them and ordered the item from Torque. It got the item in the mail the next day and had it installed in my car 15 minutes after I received it! Torque is awesome!

I was told that a product would fit my…
I was told that a product would fit my car when it didn’t. When I called to get more information about it the guy simply said “what do you want me to do we’ll charge you a restocking fee”. So I am left with the part that doesn’t fit and I have to pay for shipping to get it back and then I’m going to pay for restocking charges. I’m giving three stars simply because the part came on time,the packaging was all screwed up when I got it as well.

I'm sorry that you were not able to install this MOMO shift knob on your car. The part is designed by MOMO to fit many shift arms, but it won't fit all. We make no claims anywhere, online or verbally, that this part fits specific cars and our staff is aware of this. If you can show us where we stated that this will fit your car, we'd be happy to investigate further. Please contact us at help@torqued.io with this information.
Regarding your return, we do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in as-new condition with all parts included and in original packaging. If that's how your return comes back, then you will get a full refund. If it's not, then we will provide a refund commensurate with the value loss as per our policy.
Great Customer Service
Recently bought a helmet from Torqued but decided to exchange it for another size so I could give my dad a helmet to race with as well. Jorge was awesome, great communication and treated me like a friend through the whole process. Would definitely recommend then to anyone needing motorsport product.

Just installed it today and it was everything I wanted to hear! Install took just under 3 hours because I went slow. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I love the product and will definitely use the site to order more performance parts.
