The range is wide, and it’s easy to find gear that lasts without paying premium-brand prices. Definitely a go-to for good value and dependable products.

I wanted matching jackets for all the family and the helpful lady in Botany found me just what i wanted.

I bought Asics trail shoes and love them. They fit perfectly, they hug my heels like they should and they have the width I need. I've just walked up Hooker valley and The Kea point track in Mt Cook today snd my feet are not even a little sore. These are great shoes, got a good deal with your sales, so thank you for having such a wide range of shoes to choose from.

S/M Head band was way too small. Tried L/XL and still to small. T7 gave refund no problem. other than the size, quality looked good.

Staff member Kiera was obliging and took me to the two areas where items (children's skis and poles)were on display. Her knowledge of what I was looking at was very good.
She checked pricing/membership details for me, and sale process was very easy.

Kept me dry and clean and looking good racing my dirtbike @MXFest Taupo. Obviously didnt slow me down bringing home 1st place 🏆 !

I only really buy bike parts online with T7 and find their prices to be very competitive during long weekend sales etc. I do find that T7 seems to have less stock since they have changed ownership a few years ago which is a bit of a letdown sometimes when you're trying to buy a whole range of related bike parts to overhaul or upgrade a bike.

Poor customer service. Item not described correctly and expensive to return to postal address of Torpedo 7. Customer service rude and accusatory. Very strange way to communicate with customers

I brought the wrong size Archies online , when l realised l messaged the customer service people at Torpedo 7. The service both emails and phone calls was EXCELLENT Deborah was so pleasant she sorted me out and the correct shoes arrived a couple of days later. Unusual now days but WONDERFUL SERVICE that l HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Not sure whats with all the bad reviews. Had an order and had to send it back for an exchange there email and ticket system seems like they dont get checked but there 0800 picked up both times straight away, sorted it out instantly and the exchange was sent off the same day. Recommend calling instead emailing.

bike was ready 1 week before i rang them, but they only called once no txt. customer service when i rang james at albany store was very good. but email customer service was very bad. bike assembly didn't have properly aligned handle bars or seat.

My card issuer processed the payment but then torpedo 7 emailed me and wanted more banking info to process the order …. What a waste of my time! I cancelled the order rather than give someone at their customer service my private information. ..now have to wait for five days for my money back!
Were they gonna sell my data? I think so!!

Torpedo7 used to be great, I have had some excellent experiences with their customer services a long time ago, e.g. price matching and honouring sales prices after the fact. They also used to stock some great gear at great prices.

I had high hopes for the new management to continue this trusted brand but at the moment they are making major cut backs and one such cutback seems to be to their after sales customer support. I notice many other people provide the same reviews that it is difficult to get in touch with Torpedo7.

I'd be very reluctant to purchase anything from them now and warn others to consider if they are likely to need refund/warranty/ other after sales support, to be cautious too...
