I bought some JP "ISP" and unfortunately 50% of the proxy list doesn't work.
I tried to open support ticket on their discord but they just closing it. Now I can't even re open a ticket.
No refund, no compensation. Sounds like a scam.
STAY AWAY from this provider.
Was recommended by a friend earlier, Proxies were amazing for Walmart, had 0 fraud score.
Gets flagged by a game im interested and they don't provide refunds
Used the residential proxies for automated trading, worked perfectly. Insanely quick response times, haven't seen any other proxy providers with faster response times.
Had a issue on my end and support was very kind and responding in like 5 minues!!
I'm not gonna say I've tried every proxy out there, but I can certainly say Torch Proxies (residential) is part of my top 2 favorite proxies for research surveys as well as work profile setups. And yes, farming crypto projects as well.
Take it from someone who has used quite a bit of the proxy products available. Yes I will get an incentive for this review, and whether u decide to believe or not is left to you. But from my experience If I had to pick top 2 out of myriad products available, I'd never leave out Torchproxies.

Its really good, quite reliable. I use the residential proxies for light web scraping and it works all right most times. The only problem is that sometimes when the ip rotates it rotates to a bad ip. This happens rarely but it is annoying when it does. But still great tho and very affordable.

I'm currently on the X Residential proxy and it has been a blast. I use this for light web scraping and it works perfectly. Also the IPs are clean when you check whoer.to, making it perfect for almost every use case you can think of. And if you have issues, they answer on time.

Tried TorchLabs recently and honestly the experience wasn’t great. Their live chat says “typically replies in a few minutes”, but when I contacted them I had to wait hours before getting a response.
I also tried to get a trial and the process was frustrating. There was a lot of back and forth and they kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just providing the trial. It also felt like trial requests were often ignored or delayed which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Overall the slow support and the trial process made the experience disappointing.

only rated 4/5 because i haven't tested the ISP proxies yet. i will be back for that. The residential proxies available are the best so far, it is better than the familiar big names. it runs the longest so far and very stable.
