Terrible company to deal with. After months, still never received correct order. Buyer Beware!!! If I could rate them a zero, I would. They never refunded money I asked for. BAD BUSINESS!

I never received my item. I was provided shipping information and never, ever received the item. I had to contact my bank regarding a refund. Disappointed is putting it mildly.

After several months of not receiving the product, I canceled the order. I also needed to put a block on my card, and obtain a new one. From other comments on their Facebook page, I do believe it was a scam!

Don't order from them. I ordered 4 laptops for my dental office. It took two months of calling and emailing to finally receive them. They had sticky material all over the mouse pad and wrist rest area. They did not have legitimate Windows licenses, rather, they had HackTool viruses. This company is completely fake and will sell you non-genuine computers. Avoid at all costs. You will waste your time and money. I am still trying to get my money back, and it's been four months.

I ordered a computer, which NEVER ARRIVED. After waiting for three weeks, I had to purchase a computer from Best Buy, because mine no longer worked. I had reached out to Top Tech Electronics repeatedly, asking about the status of my computer, and was always told it was just about to be shipped, or it had already been shipped (neither of which is true).

Finally, I requested a refund of my purchase price, which NEVER ARRIVED. This company basically stole money from me; they didn't send me the computer I ordered, nor did they give me a refund. They are out and out crooks!

well because I ordered a computer from you guys never got it you told me you were going to refund my money and you never did

I never got my product but I paid for two computers and they were never sent to me and I never got my money back order number 2156 and 2200 I would appreciate it if I either got my money back or got the computers

Honestly these people scammed my family for the last time. I needed a laptop for my college daughter and I ordered it for her birthday was so excited. Now I have to buy another one some how without getting an refund or the product. Nothing I can do but get my word out. This company is nothing but a scam. No stars!!

Never received the laptop and never got a refund $160.00 down the drain. I told all my friends on Facebook not to ever buy from you

I ordered and paid for my laptop on 3/3/20. I have Not RECEIVED my order yet as of 6/2/20.

Avoid these guys like the plague! Crappy, worn out laptops that come poorly packed and broken weeks after you order it. Then, the Windows 10 license expires on you because they fraudulently used a "Group License" that expires months after you bought the laptop!! All the while, they don't answer emails, phonecalls or texts. They are nothing more than common criminals, STAY AWAY!!

My situation is reference to a order i place on march 2nd on the phone. I received my shipment on march 13th, but before the Postal Service gave me my package, i had to pay $15.72 because they said Top Tech only paid part. I was very disappointed because this was to be free shipping. They also sent me the wrong laptop. I ordered the DELL LATITUDE E6430 BUT i got the E6420. My concern is paying more for higher model and receiving the lower model. I call left massages. I got no response. This has been over 2 and a half months and I have not heard anything. I have not received any refund or any reimbursement. Please help make this right.

I paid over 200.00 for a laptop that I never got... first and last time I will be scammed...

Stay away from this company they are a scam. I ordered a laptop on 3/1 never received merchandise that was promised 3-6 business days never received a tracking number but was always told that it was shipped and should receive in a couple of days. They even went as far as ordering a tracking number but never sent the merchandise like I wasn't going to check. Went to better business bureau they had about 10 complaints already customers trying to get their money back with no luck. If you google the address on the website it's not their office. After 30 days still no resolve after CEO reached out to resolve by email I responded never heard from him again. Disputed through my bank.

I never received my laptop, and currently am waiting on my refund from my bank. Trying to get a refund from Top Tech Electronics or even getting a product is a JOKE! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH IN MY LIFE! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Never received ordered laptop. Never received promised refund.

Ordered online and stated shipping in 7 days. They charged my card at order not at shipment.
They NEVER shipped.
Do NOT waste your time or money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTELY NO BARGINS!

Asked for a refund, never received that either. Order 20900rder. Nothing. Where is my money???

Bad experience. Almost 4 months I don't receive my order yet.
