Top Markets and Alex Douglas will NOT return your Investment Capital. I lost $51,759.56 CAD to TOP MARKETS and ALEX DOUGLAS. Do NOT transfer ANY money to Top Markets.

I tried it. Then they just wanted more and more money, When I said no they got extremely pushy and rude. To top it off I never even got my money back. So DONT touch they just rip you off.

Are you guys getting paid off by them? top Market Claimed to be regulated in USA by the NFA but are not on further research, didn't process my withdraw order though I did everything asked including paying fees, my account was blocked after which the manager mark Austin started ignoring my calls and texts and now the website is down. Recently got back my money with the help of professionals at the agency PRE.HAIR that was highly recommended by a lady online that also got back her money. topmarket is a big CON

DO NOT INVEST with TopMarketCap!!! Its a total scam!!!! You will never get your money back! I worked with Phillip Hoffman and then Benjamin Petrov. They wanted you to sign a tax agreement and pay tax and then still did not release my funds.

Do not even bother about investing your money here. All they are genuinely concerned about is their benefits and will never lookout for you or your own interest. All I had in my trading account was wiped off completely leaving me with 0.00 as balance. There was no explanation from the customer support and nothing they would have said would have justified it except it was in error. I got nothing from them for weeks until Capitaltungate.com initiated a reimbursement on my behalf that was when I got back my money from Topmarketcap.

Dont trust topmarket cap. dont spend your hard earned cash. It is spam. lotting your money. they will call you from some ones number. They are controlling platform other end make some money. They have trying to control my computer. I belive it easy. Wasted my money and valuable time. Please dont fool those people.

Absolute scammers. Lost a lot of money, unable to get bk. I just wish some law enforcement agency would investigate them otherwise they just continue to rob as many people as they can in the hope some cant get money returned using charge back system.

Not to be trusted, I've been trying for months to withdraw funds and don't get any reponse. Once you have invested all you can, they cut off all communication.

Dodgy trading platform. Keep clear of topmarketcap.com it's a total scam. I've been calling and emailing them for a month to withdraw my money and close the account. The account manager was calling every week while I was investing then they fell off the planet when I wanted my money back...

I stated trading with Topmaketcap earlier this year and they showed me how to get good returns but when I though about it things like that don't happen that way
so I decided to withdraw my money, the withdrawal request was made on 10/5/21 and is still pending despite repeated email requests to have my money returned it is not a lot of money but it is mine and I would like it back. My advice don't go there they will take your money, If you need to throw your money away give it to me at least I will say thankyou.

They are very quick when getting money and scammed people but when it comes to withdraw your funds, you need to wait for a long period of time, it's been like 2 months now since I requested to withdraw my funds for just US$280, they said that they will process it but until now nothing happens, now I learned a lesson for this that you need to think 100 times before signing or joining to this kind of investment.

I only gave them 1 star because I want ppl to see my review on this scandalous company, they've taken 3000 canadian dollars from me, now when I frequently email them about my withdrawl its the same reply, that their get someone to call me. Nobody calls me, the numbers on the website, fake, their address, fake. If I ever get my hands on one of those ppl,
I'm looking for suggestions on how to get my money back.

TopMarketCap is a scam. I managed to get my funds back but only through a fraud dispute with my bank. This group preferes to communicate over the phone only and not via email (as it becomes written evidence). They also want to screen-share with a program of your choice (Zoom, Skype etc.) encouraging you to log into your bank while they're watching. The meeting link they send you by email (with no other wording due to evidence) will work but also attempts to install a small .exe file in the background. They are a very clever group with personnel actively sweeping the web leaving positive 5-star reviews on many reviewing sites such as this one, most of these fake reviews are posted from either the UK or Australia as that's where their main operations are. All phone calls came to me from Sydney, from an agent claiming to be in Turkey, claiming to work on the London exchange. Their online "trading" website is very realistic but does not hold any official trading licence in NZ and cannot legally offer services to NZ citizens. It pays to check with local agencies for warnings about an entity you want to invest with, such as the NZ Financial Markets Authority which currently also have warnings about TopMarketCap.

It's once again too bad that review platforms don't allow for zero stars. Topmarketcap would have to upgrade my situation to earn zero. Not only did they try to VPN into my computer, they will now not process my withdrawal. A withdrawal of how much? $270. One 'rep' told me they would process it but it takes a couple of days. A different 'rep' told they they are too cash strapped to afford it right now. They DON'T have $270 to give back to me.

This interesting exchange happened after the one rep made sexual comments about my mom (yes, like a toddler would), insinuated that I don't have enough money to take the $270 loss, got racist (well, classist if I'm being picky) and then asked me if I wanted to fight.

Yes, this douchebag tried to bully me into not asking for my $270 back. They are terrible.

Super terrible, classless group of scam artists. They don't even have the balls to admit they're just out there to steal money.

10000 $ has been stolen from me and I know I will never see it again. Then even phoned and apologized and said we will return all your money if you send us 1600. What a bunch of garbage. These people are not to be trusted. They will say anything to get on your side then just take your money and run.
