I ordered a shirt from this company. It took a month and me emailing them about how long it had been since I ordered the shirt with no shipping updates for them to finally reply some lame AI excuse. Two more weeks later there was movement and it arrived. This shirt was the worst material and looked terrible. Don’t order from them!

We're very sorry for the shipping delay. Our warehouse was unfortunately affected by a nearby fire in May, which caused delays in shipping orders.
As for the fabric, our products are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex, which provides good moisture absorption and a comfortable amount of stretch. Compared with polyester fabrics, it is less likely to create static electricity and doesn't have the same synthetic feel. Of course, we understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to fabrics and materials.
Regarding the return and refund, we mentioned in our previous email that we could help you process the return and refund, but unfortunately we haven't received a reply from you yet.

It took two months to receive my order…
It took two months to receive my order of three shirts- they did respond to my emails saying there was a fire in the warehouse (which is clearly in china) and that’s why it took so long. I feel like they should have sent an email to their customers about the delay. Also, the shirts are a cheap material (they don’t really feel like cotton, but a mixture of poor materials) and the images on the shirt are just vinyl and not screen printed on.
UPDATE:
Customer service did get back to me and they were very helpful. The shirts did shrink quite a bit, but two of them were wearable. They refunded the third shirt so I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars

The best crop tops!
I love their clothing! I've recently started wearing crop tops and they have the best selection with the funniest sayings/pictures. I am probably up to 10 tees and will definitely be ordering more! Customer service also can't be beat!!

Easy ordering and resolving of issues
I ordered 3 shirts in May of 2026 and received all three about 3 weeks later. I had no trouble ordering or receiving my items. One item, however, had a printing error and was missing a letter. I emailed the company and received a response the following day. I sent over a photo of the shirt and the error and their customer service representative was very apologetic of the printing error and immediately fixed the issue by shipping me a replacement shirt. The issue was dealt with swiftly which was appreciated.

Second Update: I never received a refund as you stated. You took my $51.07 and never sent the items I ordered. You have yet to send the items OR issue a refund. Stop lying. This is 100% a scam. Once something is shipped, you can’t stop it in transit. It was never sent! What you sent me was a bogus tracking number from a company that scammers use. This is now a dispute between you and my bank for fraud.
Update: I have not received the items and I was provided a fake tracking number. The company keeps asking if I want them to still ship the items. I think they forgot they sent me a fake tracking number. I ended up disputing this transaction with my bank. There was no refund or resolution.
This has to be a scam. It’s been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received a tracking number let alone my package. I wanted these items for a trip but I’m starting to think it isn’t going to happen. This company is giving scam artist energy. From the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one.

I really wish there was an option for zero stars. This company HAS to be a scam. I placed an order in April and still have not received anything. The excuse about the warehouse fire doesn't seem true because why wasn't my order sent out BEFORE this supposed fire on May 9th? I keep getting these ridiculous computer generated responses and keep being told my order will be shipped in 5-7 days. I asked for a refund and they lied and said they have looked up my order and it was confirmed my package was packed and being dispatched, this was on May 26th!!! I just want my order!

Extreme scam company. Giving me excuses that the warehouse burnt down, never shipped my package, explained I have to cancel the dispute before they’ll send the package or issue a full refund.

Deceitful Company, Poor Customer Service
Ordered a couple of shirts earlier last month before reading the reviews that . Afterwards, I requested a refund (no shipping information had been updated yet). No response from the company. It lead me to search Trust Pilot. I see their replies state there was a large warehouse fire on May 9th, that was causing all the delays. I cross searched their address (N Quebec St, Denver, CO), with fire department records. There was no warehouse fire on May 9th, 2026.

Unfortunately, our warehouse was affected by a fire that occurred in another company's unit on the ground floor of the building. As a result, some of our equipment, machinery, and inventory were damaged or destroyed. This was a real and unexpected incident, and it has required us to relocate to a new warehouse and restart production, which takes time to complete.
We would also like to clarify that we posted a notice on our product pages the day after the fire occurred to keep customers informed and to avoid confusion for anyone who might urgently need their order.
In addition, we received your email on June 1st. Our customer support team typically responds within 24 hours, and your inquiry was still within our normal response timeframe when this review was posted.
Please know that we fully support returns and refunds for all orders. We will be happy to process your refund request as soon as possible.

Quality of t-shirts is terrible. I ordered large and can barely fit in. When I asked for a refund, which was advertised as available, they send several back-to-back emails that made no sense. It was only after I told them that i would be asking for a charge back directly from the bank, they told me that they would issue a refund once the t-shirt is shipped (and delivered) to some China address. To summarize, if you order from this joke company, you are paying in American dollars and ordering from an American online store who in turn orders the shirt from China. I highly recommend going to Shein or some other Chinese retailer and order directly from them. Its a scam company. Highly recommend saving your money
