TopCashBack is my preferred Cash Back…

TopCashBack is my preferred Cash Back provider in Australia. I'm actually shocked how good these guys are !! No glitz or glamour - just doing what they say they would do it .. when they would do it. Consistently great and the rare times there is an error, this has been corrected immediately. I'm going to use them now ..
They didn't even offer me anything to write this .. they just asked if I could and I'm taking the time out of my day to write about them.

Easy to use, cash back as promised!

This has been an easy way to get a little back from my usual spending - it's great that there's no restrictions on the amount you can withdraw once the cash has been verified. So far the experience has been exactly as they advertise.

Constantly chasing cashbacks!!

Not only is the app appalling but so are the responses from customer service. Make it difficult to contact them. And when you get a response, not one of the issues I raised was addressed. I was referred by a friend to use this as I prefer shop back. To navigate the website for the history of what you have purchased challenging. Nothing seems to record nor do my cash backs. I definitely won’t be using top cash back and their crappy app again. Good luck chasing every transaction.

We’re sorry to hear that your cashout experience has felt slow. Cashback payments can sometimes take longer than expected as we rely on retailers to first validate and release the commission to us before we can pass this on to members.
