What should be simple tasks are non-intuitive and basic features are non-existent.

I submitted a support request and still haven’t received a response after two weeks and multiple follow up messages.

Not impressed with Tootris whatsoever.

Setting up our after school care program with Tootris was challenging, but our Onboarding Specialist was very helpful and persistent. Once they were setup, registration was very easy. I’m excited about the benefits this service offers. The app and website both have similar ease of use.

We have been loving using TOOTRiS! It’s made it easy for payments to be processed as well as finding places near our area. I really suggest other child care places that do extra curricular activities get in the app. It’s very helpful to get your business out there when the map shows all the licensed facilities for families to easily find. It has been such a delight working with Tyler. I have had a few technical difficulties with our account and she went above and beyond to resolve all the issues. Every time I have a question or concern she quickly returns my call. She is very friendly and always wants to help anyway she can. She is great at what she does and really cares for both parents looking for childcare and business owners looking to put their licensed facility on the app. All in all I am she is always very helpful and kind.

Mila was extremely helpful in helping me get setup and started with TOOTRiS. She called me back very promptly always and help me setup my profile. She checks in with me very often. I am thankful for being able to offer this service to our families at Tender Care Learning Center.

Tyler is an amazing helper. She helped me so much when I tried to join this program. I was trying very hard to go through the process on my own but the I found Tyler and she made everything so easy and clear. She was also very patient with me on the things I didn’t know. The main reason I gave 5stars is for customer service! Many products out there are good but have poor to no customer service so there’s no one around to help you.
Tootris service is AMAZING!!!!! I’ve been with them for over a year and not once have I had to try to guess on how things may/may not work. Every question was answered by a knowledgeable rep. They go through all the details and when there’s been an issue, they call me back with an answer or solved problem.
Plus they call me to discuss issues before they arise! This is why I LOVE TOOTRIS! The owner Eric, called me and personally helped my school and parents through the account process. So many kind, helpful and yes, HAPPY people that work here. I have never felt like I’m on my own to figure all of it out. In fact I feel I have a team of people working for me!!!

The company product is wonderful and it has made my billing, managing enrollment, and advertising a breeze. I can now do it all in minutes as opposed to hours and days which it typical for home based childcare. Also, they are updating and adding new things often so the product has grown immensely.

If you want a solid product with a professional team to turn to, TOOTRIS is it!
