My experience with Tooth Club has been absolutely horrendous. My brother and sister-in-law had their composite bonding done here. Tooth Club were very attentive and guided them through the whole process before they had their teeth done, but as soon as they had them done, they showed no signs of care and the aftercare was horrendous.

My sister-in-law and my brother had random charges come out of their bank accounts for fees that weren’t explained to them before they were taken. When they raised this with Tooth Club, they said this is standard practice and there was nothing they could do. They disregarded everything that they had to say.

When they finished with my brother’s teeth, he couldn’t even bite down. They should have checked this before letting him leave the practice. He had to go back the next day and they shaved it down.

They both paid extra for warranty, but when they went back for a chip, they had to pay despite being told on the phone when booking in that it would be free.

I raised a complaint on their behalf and the response was very blasé and, like I said previously, the aftercare was non-existent.

At the time they got their teeth done, I was considering getting mine done as well, so I enquired about it. After seeing their experience, I decided to go elsewhere and told Tooth Club to take me off their files.

Since I asked them to take me off their files about two years ago, I’ve had non-stop texts, non-stop emails, and non-stop calls. I had a call about a week and a half ago where I explicitly said this is enough and is technically harassment, so they need to clearly mark my records to never contact me again.

After asking them to do this, they sent me another text message today. I’m absolutely horrified that a company can act in such an unprofessional manner. I called them and explained that this is unacceptable and goes against the GDPR Act, and the lady on the phone said there’s nothing further she can do.

I asked for a complaint to be raised and she promised me that a manager would contact me by the end of today with the final response letter, compliant with the complaint process that all companies should undergo.

About 10 minutes after the call, she texted me via the Tooth Club WhatsApp and said that she’s removed my data. I told her that I’m still expecting my final response letter, which companies are obliged to provide, and she said that this won’t be done.

Not only did she lie to me on the phone, but the service is appalling. No one knows what they’re doing there and no one is professional. Despite the good deals that they have, I’d much rather pay an extra thousand pounds on top and go to someone reputable.

Toothclub have been amazing with the process with my treatments. Really informative with what will be best for you as an individual patient to get the best results, which doesn’t make me feel worried about discussing any concerns.

All the staff are very welcoming, lovely and easy to talk to which makes me feel comfortable.

I had a really positive experience at Southend Tooth Club. From the moment I walked in, the team were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a really calming atmosphere which made the whole visit much more comfortable.

A special thank you to Megan, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt completely at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.

Overall, the service was excellent and the whole team made the experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend Southend Tooth Club to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dental clinic.

I visited Dr Dina in stevenage toothclub for a root canal and i just have to say i had an amazing experience. Her and her nurse were so lovely and comforting during the whole procedure and it made me feel so at ease. What a lovely team!
