We're very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an incomplete order—especially with the delay and slow communication that followed.

We're incredibly sorry to hear about this experience and the lack of communication—it’s absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.

As of January 2025, we’ve taken serious steps to overhaul our customer service process, including faster response times, better tracking follow-ups, and a dedicated support team. We also just recently claimed our Trustpilot account as part of this new direction, and we're encouraging our past and new customers to share their feedback so we can learn and improve.
