I bought 4 three-piece suits from Tomorrows Menswear and my experience was extremely disappointing.

The first visit with my father-in-law and wife went well. We knew which suits we wanted but the staff there helped us decide on extras like ties, shoes, etc. I already had the measurements for my groomsparty and provided them all on the day. It felt like we were in safe hands. We weren’t.

The second visit with my father-in-law for alterations for our suits began with the wrong colour suits being brought out. Only my father-in-law was able to bring his suit home as they needed to order the correct colour for my suit. I also wished to bring home at least my shoes but again, the wrong ones had been ordered.

The biggest issue was the final visit. We had been told multiple times that same-day alterations could be done so they would be sorted when my 2 groomsmen from England came two days before the wedding. We arrived late due to transport delays and made the store aware to which they replied everything was fine. We arrived and discovered they had taken the measurements down incorrectly at the start for both the groomsman's trousers and chest. One of my groomsmen had to settle for a waistcoat a size too small because they didn’t have any in stock of his actual size.

Then when I asked how long alterations would take, I was told the seamstress had already gone home and they “assumed we were getting them done elsewhere” despite the fact I’d paid in full for alterations and the suits a month previous. It was only after I insisted the alterations needed to be done in the store that they contacted the seamstress for it to be done the next day. Before they did, inappropriate comments were made about needing to buy chocolates for her to ‘make it easier’. I then had to ask one of my guests to take a detour to get the suits as it was the day before the wedding and we lived over an hour and a half away.

What started as a good experience quickly went downhill due to incorrect measurements taken, incorrect suits purchased and unacceptable customer service. Furthermore, when I privately messaged the store to raise these issues, I was essentially told I was lying about the measurements and it was my fault for turning up late even though I was told there was no problem moving the appointment - ‘no specific confirmation was given that alterations could still be completed on the same day under the new timing.’ They didn’t even acknowledge the inappropriate behaviour of the staff.

I bought my husband a beautiful three piece suit from you guys and it came within three working days. I couldn’t fault the website at all or you guys in the store. Would order from here hundred percent again! Lovely suit

Tomorrow’s menswear was great at handling my order with attention and time efficiency. I live in the US and was worried I wouldn’t receive my order on time. It arrived as early as 5 days. The suit itself is of great quality and many have complimented me for it. Thank you Tomorrow’s menswear. I will have definitely referred others to your company!

Brilliant service from Tomorrows Bridal & Menswear. Ordered a Marc Darcy 3 piece suit for a wedding. The quality of the product is superb. The suit was delivered within 2 days from Ireland to the Mainland. Suit arrived prompt and in perfect condition with a protective suit holder and was an excellent fit. Cannot recommend enough

I Got my Dream wedding Dress with Claire today,The service was 100% I've been to quite a few Bridal stores and would have to say this place is the Best as all dresses were in immaculate condition, absolutely beautiful store and Claire made me so relaxed,was so friendly and professional, Fabulous place.

Booked an appointment around January to come down today and have suits fitted for the wedding party. Thomas was the gentleman that was to look after us and whom dealt with us previously but took ill yestherday and couldnt be there. Nevertheless myself, my disabled mother and the rest of our party traveled from Belfast to Derry for our fitting. Got to the shop to a very cold welcome, I was shocked, disappointed and treated unfairly to start with, nevertheless i continued to explain Id been booked in for a while now and Thomas had ordered in the childs suit for us arriving. He said no suits were ordered in, so they eventually took us upstairs to sort the wedding attire. After 40minutes the owner, Dermont came up and my mum joked by saying, im sure you'll be glad to get rid of us, only for him to turn on her and say, your right there, you've been here hours and this will never happen again, my mother was that shocked she didnt no what to say. I said, excuse me, what do you mean this wont happen again, he came up to me and said it again then i replied by saying, I had an appointment booked, I stated many people was coming and I expected to be treated with better customer service than this, he said if you dont like it leave the shop now, i said no I wont, you cant speak to people like that, what gives you the right, thats not how you treat your customers,he continued to be ignorant then stormed off and his wife whom witnessed it along with a few other members of staff, said shes so sorry, you didnt deserve to be treated this way and how he spoke to you was out of order and very wrong. I cancelled my order for the grooms suit and the rest of the other suits we were willing to purchase. It just proved that when Thomas falls ill, the shop falls apart. Thomas has been a true gentleman and it was due to his kind heart, time effort that i returned to this store, but never again. My son said he heard Dermont entering the store room and call me a B***H. I would advise anyone looking for suits for their wedding party to avoid this shop altogether
