Poor quality! No warning that comes in about 50 pieces, needing to be completely assembled, even the drawers.
I had to drill a hole in one side of the legs because the metal was so crooked the screw wouldn’t go in.
I had to go buy bigger nuts and bolts to hold the drawer in place with the slider
The metal sliders for the drawers are so sharp I sliced my finger open.
And they are very stiff
The drawers don’t seem to sit properly like something is missing and yet I’ve used all the pieces given.
Looks good but that’s as far as it goes. I would not buy from here again.

I purchased a TV unit which was not delivered. Through many emails and attempts to get feedback I was told the courier had lost my delivery and the product I ordered was no longer in stock. I asked for a refund but have not had a response after many attempts. I have not received a refund. I have taken this to Dept of fair Traiding.
Please be aware this is a purely online business...there is no way to call and speak to someone so if something goes wrong you will need to send an email which of course can be ignored and you have no other way to make contact. It is time consuming and frustrating to get an issue resolved (taking the matter to a consumer body).

Product was as described but had a small stain on the fabric.
Tommy Swiss were quick to rectify the matter and we resolved the issue quickly to our satisfaction

The quality of their beds are atrociously poor. I've had my bed for just over a month and the frame has warped and screws are all threaded. The bed is unusable. I've contacted customer support via email twice and chats and I've had no reply or response in over 48 hours. Avoid this business at all costs.

Accidentally made order while looking out for orders and found you guys are located in Melbourne which caused problem. Purchased a king bed in boucle fabric from Tommy Swiss. The Brooklyn Wing Bed Frame.
Easy to put together, solid and looks lovely. Our king mattress fits inside the frame perfectly.

Neat little chest of drawers, quite intricate assembly and small damage to one of the top corners. Would still recommend - it's value for money.

Do not order from this company! We ordered a bed weeks ago and have received no communication from the company whatsoever. Their courier has reported the item damaged in transit 10 days ago and have not received any instructions from the company. I have lodged two service tickets asking for a refund and no reply. Absolute joke and no phone number to speak with anyone. Ticket id 632217 632398. Have since purchased elsewhere and bed was delivered in two days.
