I love the clothing. I wore my smoking black cat outfit to the four seasons in Maui and dressed it up with heels and so forth and received literally 10 different compliments. It makes me smile

Quality is DIRE!! You are being ripped off. Do not use.

I ordered a pajama set as a gift for my sister. They delivered it to the wrong house, sent me a photo of the package being dropped off at the wrong house, and still refused to give me a refund. Worst costumer service experience I've had in an extremely long time.

Tokyover has a very "western" website that at the same time claims to be Japanese. They are neither. They are a duplicitous Chinese company that makes absolute garbage. Despite having a California address on their website returns have to be made to China!!! And that is not on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Save yourself a waste of money and lots of grief.

I received a targeted ad for this company and it seemed legit. I ordered three sets of pajamas for a fun NYC trip in February with friends for a total of around $180; each set being nearly $60. I got them as gifts so I was willing to spend a little extra. They were all themed so it seemed like a super fun treat.

On the website, they all look like they’re amazing quality images. Flash forward to receiving the product and all of them are terrible. The quality of the material is fine. I wouldn’t say it was almost $60 per pajama set great but fine. However, there was some poor stitching and it was obvious they weren’t going to hold up very long. The biggest issue though? The images printed onto the sets are TERRIBLE. They’re all incredibly pixelated; blown way over their intended use and VERY heavy use of AI with many of them. The set I got for myself had street signs that weren’t even real words. Just a jumbled mess. Turns out that most of their images are also stolen art from artists, as well.

I’ve been trying to return them now for almost two months. I was offered a 14% refund and to keep the sets or otherwise pay the shipping rate to return them back to the company. I declined immediately and asked for the correct address. I was never provided with that information nor responded to after decking that horrid offer. I then opened a case in my PayPal account to receive my refund providing proof of shipping. They’ve now been sitting in a warehouse in China for nearly two months where the company refuses to accept the order and shipping. I paid an additional $50 to ship them back but I figured if I was still going to get two-thirds of my money back, it seemed worth it. I’ve now invested over $200 into the sets with no refund and now also no product.

Please look closely at their return policy and know that despite what their website says, these are not ethically made or sourced products. Their customer support leaves much to be desired.

Long wait times and really bad quality clothes. Stitching it terrible and the materials used are a stretchy polyester. Don't bother wasting your money here.

The hoodie quality is shockingly bad! Like extremely shockingly bad. They look so good online ans when you get them they are so awful. Please don’t waste your time or money on this

Update to my previous review; After trying to contact the company 5 times, I finally received an email from them. They told me I could only return the item with 30 days of delivery. Well that date has long past given their lack of response. They have no way of returning items without contacting them and they do not respond. This really is a poor company that I will never do business with again. Lesson learned.

I received my package, and everything is perfect! I'm absolutely thrilled with the retro tees. Thank you so much for the great service!

I like these PJs a lot. I have a few sets for personal use, and my recent purchases have all been gifts for friends and family, every recipient is satisfied with the quality and stylish designs. I’ve bought a dozen sets to date and will pick up more later, and delivery doesn’t take long either.

I absolutely love these two pajama sets! I'd buy dozens more if I could afford it.

These are fantastic! I'm a huge fan of the soft satin fabric, it's lightweight yet cozy, and the fit is perfect too.

My mom ordered several shirts from this website, and we're obsessed with how special the prints are. We all put them on for our family trip and took a ton of warm, lovely photos together, these shirts have already become a sweet reminder of that trip!

These pajamas are super comfortable and fit perfectly true to size, I'll absolutely be ordering from this store again! My only small complaint is the delivery time, so make sure to place your order well in advance.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I too never received my package. They do not send confirmation of it being shipped or any updates. There is a tracking number which says it’s been delivered to “mail room” whatever that is. It’s not the local post office. Tokyover do not reply to emails or DMs and the courier does not have a contact page or information.
This is most certainly a scam.

I didn't see the item in person since it was a gift, but my sister sent photos, and it looks fantastic! I'm already thinking about ordering one for myself.

The hat with the cat on it arrived after 3wks. Very disappointing quality. Would not wear and it won't last long. Very cheaply made.

The quality of the product is great and came in a reasonable timeframe considering I think they ship for Japan I believe.
