We had a fantastic experience working…
We had a fantastic experience working with this company from start to finish.
From our very first enquiry, Stefano Cau was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive, making the whole ordering process smooth and straightforward. Later, Anne-Catherine took over our project and provided outstanding support throughout. She kept us informed at every stage, answered all our questions promptly and always went the extra mile to help us.
We ordered custom tokens for an important event. Although there was an unexpected production delay, the team was completely transparent and did everything possible to minimize the impact. They even made an extra effort to complete the production as quickly as possible, and thanks to that, we received the tokens in time for our event.
When we opened the package, we were genuinely impressed. The tokens are absolutely beautiful—the engraving, finish and overall quality exceeded our expectations. They look even better than we had imagined.
It's rare to find a company that combines such high-quality craftsmanship with such attentive and caring customer service. A huge thank you to Stefano, Anne-Catherine and the entire production team for their hard work and dedication.
We would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on future projects

Dear Luis, we are sorry to read your review.
Unfortunately, an internal order processing error during the onboarding of a new team member resulted in an incorrect shipment. This was an isolated mistake and not a reflection of our manufacturing capabilities.
Once the issue was brought to our attention, we resolved it promptly and supplied the correct products.
