I ordered 2 baby shark arm floaties.They sent me a unicorn and a starfish one.This company sent the wrong items. After I emailed them they responded 4 days later asking me to pay to ship them back with a $10 refund right away if I accept their terms. So, I lose the $45 I originally paid, plus the shipping for a $10 refund? Otherwise I wait a month for a credit, which I may never see anyways. I should not have to pay for their mistake. Not a good company. Beware!

This is a SCAM!!! Do not buy from this co. I ordered Xmas pj’s the beginning of Dec. , approximately $250.00. The tracking states it was delivered, as of December 28th, I have not received anything.

Read the reviews after not receiving an estimated delivery date. Wish I had read them before I ordered. As previously mentioned in other reviews, none of my order matched the sizes I paid for. The time to delivery was the max at 20 business days.

The item was nothing like pictured. I am unable to get ahold of anyone and have had no response to several emails.
Buyer beware, item was not as pictured.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. The suit I ordered ended up being the wrong size. I have reached out by email to return and get a refund twice and have never gotten a response back. At this point it just feels like they are bad business scammers. I would spend my money elsewhere.

The customer service on this site is horrible! I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I'm now out 80 dollars and stuck with a poorly made dress that is not even the size I ordered!

SCAM!!! Sent me the wrong size and wanted me to pay to send it back!! It cost almost double what I ordered to send it back! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

I have had an abysmal experience with this company…do NOT waste your money on purchasing from this site. I bought several mommy/daughter dresses back in May and I received the wrongs sizes. When I requested a refund it took days for me to get a response and even then several more days to actually get a return address. I then had to pay for shipping (nearly $100) - I learned my lesson but that should NOT be the responsible of the customer. The package arrived in the beginning of October and I have yet to hear from the company despite my many many emails requesting a refund. I have never experienced such horrrendous customer service and I am hoping this review will deter others from having the same experience I did.

Don’t waste your money, I spend around $60 and want to return the outfit, they are not replying back. What can be worse then this customer service. I bought 3 piece suit for my son for my brother’s wedding and they send three different pieces in three different color of blues. Hopeless product and service.

Do not waste your money here. They delivered the wrong size and refuse to send us the correct size. They offered us to keep the incorrect size which won't fit my baby in the winter when she needs the product. They are offering to refund us $10 for a product that cost more than $50. Please do not do business here. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and dispute this charge with my credit card. They don't deserve a dime from anyone.

I bought my grandson a pokeman bookbag for $48. The quality of the book bag is cheap. Pokeman was iron over some other cartoon characters and it seeps through. The lunch bag zipper is broken. Toddler me states I can return items but I have to pay courier fee which is $38 . I am so disappointed in toddlerme.

Ordered a dress for my daughter 1st birthday from toddlerme.com first it wouldn't let me track the item I had emailed them they responded within 24 hours and fixed the issue now it says delivered which it has been like that for about 4 days now but I have not received the item I contacted them again and now they don't want to reply I've emailed them everyday since and still no one has reached out to me not sure it they just scam people like this so if anyone can help with getting in contact with them I'd appreciate it I just want my money back at this point.
