I recently ordered from toddlekind after seeing their mats at a friend’s house—I honestly didn’t know puzzle mats could be this high quality. They fit together seamlessly, and one of my biggest concerns with babies and dogs (dog hair getting trapped between pieces) seems much less of an issue because these are so well sealed.

I took advantage of their “spend $200, get a $50 gift card” promotion, but didn’t receive the gift card after my purchase. It turns out I had also used a 10% discount code, and the promotions don’t stack. I wasn’t aware of that at the time, so I reached out to customer care for clarification.

Their team responded quickly and clearly explained the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with the customer service experience and excited to receive and start using the mats!

Such a fantastic playmat! It has been a great addition to our home. The quality is excellent. It is soft, supportive and perfect for safe playtime. The design is stylish which is a big plus. Would definitely buy again!

Absolutely love this tumble mat! My 13-month-old is non-stop on the go and this mat has been perfect for him. The quality is outstanding, thick, sturdy, and so well made. It gives me peace of mind knowing he has a soft landing, at least a 100 times a day lol. Highly recommend to any parent of an active little one!

We got their Wander Grand picnic mat this year and it's been so useful to bring to our kiddo's sports games. We have three kids in baseball and soccer as well as a one year old and having a safe place for the one year old to keep himself occupied out at the fields has been huge. We just keep it in the car and I'm sure we'll be using it all summer!

We bought the Toddlekind mat for our living room and it’s honestly one of the best purchases we’ve made since having our baby.

It looks beautiful in the space and doesn’t feel like a typical “kids” product, which was really important to us. At the same time, it’s soft, supportive, and gives us peace of mind when our little one is playing or learning to crawl.

Cleaning is incredibly easy, which makes a big difference day to day.

I also have to mention the customer service — we had a small question about our order and the team was quick, kind, and genuinely helpful, which is rare these days.

Overall, it’s a perfect balance of design and function. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality play mat.

Terrible product as well as terrible product support. I ordered the product about 8 months ago, and it is already starting to peel, wear and tear apart. I would highly recommend going with another company. When I brought this issue to the company's attention with photos and proof- they did absolutely nothing about it.

Mind you, I only have one child who is nine months old playing on these playmats- so, it is not like I have a ton of kids running around on the mats.

We just purchased 30 tiles and due to strange wall shape need one more yet they cannot figure out how to sell us one more tile

They say have a warranty.. told us had sent us replacement.. months later not arrived.. but ceo finally did help and gave us a refund .

I bought one on their puzzle mats for my toddler, and it has been a great way to combine atheistic with the safety of the foam mat. They are easy to clean and look nice. After 5 months, some of the pieces started to peel, but the company sent me a replacement under warranty without any fuss. Their customer support was quick to respond and provide me with options to fix my problem. Highly recommend

Great customer service. A couple of my tiles started peeling of after a bit more than a year of use. I reached out to customer service and they were still covered by warranty. Jes, made sure to send me the new replacement tiles as soon as possible! I was so happy that this was solved so easily and fast.

It doesn't accept returns easily, you cannot even open the product to see the quality of the mat otherwise you cannot return. The quality is pretty bad, it peel easily which is dangerous for kids using it - I'm afraid my baby would swallow it - warranty is full of insane rules that is almost expected that you can only ask to get the warranty if you never used the product - plus, is pretty expensive for this low level service.
I do not recommend it.

Second order was shipped quickly and arrived just in time for the holidays. One tile had a dent and customer service took care of it quickly and sent a replacement tile out. Definitely recommend this company. Customer service is top notch and rare to find these days.

I love our mat. It looks good and the quality feels great. I also had an issue with delivery and they were so helpful and kind to me!

Ich wollte die Spielmatte auf Grund von starkem Chemiegeruch retournieren und hatte mich bei Toddlekind innerhalb der 14 Tage Widerrufsfrist gemeldet wo man die Ware grundsätzlich ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgeben kann.

Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war sehr schlecht. Ich wurde mehrfach aufgefordert eine Begründung für meine Retoure abzugeben bevor man mir überhaupt mit der Retoure helfen würde. Trotz Erklärungen meinerseits wurde mir kein Retourenlabel zur Verfügung gestellt, da man die Bestellung im Online System nicht finden würde. Auch die Weiterleitung an ein „Expertenteam“ half nicht. Da kein Retourenlabel im Paket war, ist man auf den Kundenservice angewiesen. Auch 2 Wochen später werde ich nur vertröstet und bekomme kein Retourenlabel oder das Geld für die Bestellung zurück. Ich rate von dringend von Bestellungen bei Toddlekind ab!

I had a few questions and requests about my order, and they were fast to respond and accommodating. Can’t wait to receive the mats we ordered, as all of their past products have been excellent.

Very poor quality after 3 years of mat normal use.
Very bad customer service with absolutely no option proposed.
Avoid this product !
