As explained via email, our team reviewed the photos you sent across. The area highlighted is consistent with the mesh material used on newer Nike Air Max Plus releases & is not a manufacturing fault.
Additionally, the trainers appeared to have been worn. As outlined in our returns policy, we're unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that have been used & are no longer in their original condition.
All items sold on Tn Town are 100% authentic.

Excellent service really recommended, As for the reviews trying to say their products are fake just disregard them I have owned enough pairs of tn's to know a fake product when I see it and these tn's I purchased are not fake. I will definitely be placing future orders.

As stated in our terms & conditions which were accepted at checkout, any shoe over 5 years old is considered a collectors item and is to be worn at the buyers own risk.
The Nike Air Max Plus ‘Colour Flips’ were manufactured in 2018 & therefore are over 7+ years old.
Due to natural ageing, materials such as glue, rubber and paint may deteriorate over time, even if unworn. Tn Town is unable to hold any responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of vintage pairs.

Ordered two pairs for £360 one pair cam With a stain/burn on the fabric and I contacted them via Facebook and filled out a contact request online to absolute no response , how ever I get hounded daily to give feedback back so here is my feed back , if you like to gamble and want to trust your hard earned money go for the lucky dip and take your chances , I how ever will not be trusting them again , very disappointing service

We received your initial email on December 21st and responded on December 22nd requesting further information and photos so we could investigate the issue and arrange a solution. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to that email.
We also sent a follow-up to the email address provided, but again received no response before this review was posted on December 26th. Without the requested details, we were unable to proceed further.
