Bad technical customer support
I purchased the TMS VCL UI Pack for Delphi 13, investing several hundred euros with the expectation of receiving professional technical support as part of the package.
Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After reporting a simple visual bug, I've been waiting for over 40 days without receiving a working fix. My detailed explanations and descriptions of the issue seem to have been ignored, with only superficial responses to my inquiries.
The product itself works reasonably well, but when you pay a premium price, you expect premium support. It's frustrating to invest this amount of money specifically to have access to technical assistance, only to encounter unresponsive and inadequate support when you actually need it.
The components are functional, but the support experience leaves much to be desired. For the price point, I expected better.
