Tailor Made Sales and Lettings Anmeldelser

The staff at the Coventry branch were professional, polite, friendly and helpful from the start to the finish of the sale of my dad's house.
I could not have managed without their help.

The exceptional service provided by Tailor Made Sales made our transition as a new tenant smooth and enjoyable. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff contributed to a positive start in our new home.

Wonderful team and we have had an amazingly smooth experience with letting and move in.Liam and Goergia have been very patient with us and have solved all the issues we encountered. James is a great landlord too. I'd definitely recommend their services.

It is my second home rented with Tailor Made.
They are really good, nice and friendly. I have been supported in all my questions and issues by Liam and Georgia.
I really recommend Tailor Made Sales and Lettings and if in the future I need another home, Tailor Made will be the first letting agent that I will contact

Amazing experience with Tailor Made - they kept in regular contact with us during the process and have been great at keeping on-top of everything! Big thank you to Georgia and Liam who helped us in this process :)

Definitely one of the best letting agencies in Coventry. Would recommend to everyone to trust them because they didn’t let me down whenever I needed and always helpful with everything that’s needed. When looking for properties Tailor Made Sales and Lettings are my first choice.

I am currently in the USA, and Georgia from their office immediately reached out after my enquiry, introduced herself, and began assisting me in locating my new home. Their office is professional, responsive, and very adaptable to my unique circumstances. If I could rate them higher, I would without hesitation.

Fantastic service
This review would have to be way too long to reflect my gratitude to the team at Tailor Made. I had to relocate from the south west for work, I had a very tight timeframe and I found myself in a very stressful place. Tailor Made were excellent from start to finish. Lisa was personable, professional and transparent when she accompanied me to view the property, and both Georgia and Liam were so proactive in ensuring I could move into my rented property only a week after viewing. Without going into too much detail, there were some hiccups shortly before moving date and I truly felt that both Georgia and Liam held by best interests at heart and made me feel supported and understood.
I have now moved into my rented property and Georgia and Liam are still and constantly providing invaluable support in sorting out some repairs. We are emailing many times a day back and forth and, despite me feeling like a burden, they are always responsive and understanding. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of the service I am receiving.

Renting a property off Tailor made has been an absoloute breeze. Nothing is too much trouble and I haven’t ever been made to feel like I was asking too many questions! We’ve been in our property for just under a week and they’ve been incredibly quick sorting out any hiccups and communicated amazingly. Shout out to Georgia who has been dealing with us most of the time! (And the rest of the team :) )

Vicky @Tailor made was an absolute legend!!!
Vicky was a lifeline in what turned out to be a horrific purchase experience!! Would recommend this company to my nearest and dearest no problem at all

The lettings team were professional, efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Amazing communication, anything that needs urgent attention is sorted and communicated with the landlord right away. Agents are working with a third party inventory review company so no area for error- it either is how it is or it isn't so rest assured that your tenancy inventory take is done correctly when you move in and when you move out. Fair and square, lovely team. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Liam and Georgia and both are beautiful human beings.

An excellent service by a highly experienced team. Perfect from end to end. Great communication and a very friendly but professional service throughout. Thank you

We sold and purchased a property through TM and I would and have highly recommended them to anyone. From the first meeting with Tom it was clear that he knew the area and market very well and was very quick and efficient getting it onto the market. He was able to give advice on what to do to make the property most appealing and his photos made it look really attractive. It sold within a week after twenty plus viewings arranged! We also purchased a property with TM and through the whole sale progression, Vicky was an absolute superstar. Always contactable and nothing was too much trouble. She was always on the ball, incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring and had our best interests at heart. A superb team, we can't thank you enough.

Great experience with this company. Thanks, Georgia for all your help during the process.

Company members provided very clear information and quick answers during entire process.

Vicki and the team were so helpful, responsive and reassuring during our first house purchase
Nothing was too much to ask, and they got back to us in such a timely manor
I couldn’t recommend them enough

Right from the first meeting, Tailor Made made the right impression. We felt Tom's valuation was spot on; he clearly knows this area inside out. Additionally, his enthusiasm and can-do attitude was both impressive and infectious. It's has clearly spread to the rest of the team, who looked after us and managed the process with great professionalism, pragmatism and good levels of communication. A job well done as far as we're concerned - many thanks

They were very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process.

They were really great in helping me get into my property super quick. They were also quick to respond to any queries and were great with accommodating me with what I needed.
