I recently rented an office space here and couldn't be happier with my experience. The customer service was great and has been outstanding, responsive professional, and constantly willing to assist in any questions I may come across. The office space is well-maintained, clean, and perfectly suited for productivity. I highly recommend this office space for anyone looking for a professional and welcoming work environment. After I call Customer Support to fix my contact information, my Mail Forwarding has been sent to my personal address in my Country some days latter as ussually.

These people rewrote the definition of Slumlord, all they care about is money and no service to their tenants whatsoever. Garbage is always scattered everywhere, our trash that's supposed to be picked up every evening is alot of times still sitting in front of my office door when I come in the next day; front door that's supposed to be kept locked after 5:00pm is always left open and I have seen homeless people wonder the halls many times; it is always warm and stuffy in my office - I have told them time and time again to fix the air conditioning unit, to which they have failed to do; internet is sporadic and sometimes not working for weeks at a time; ceilings are not kept properly and could be falling off any minute; poor mail management (I always find other people's mail in my mailbox, and others have approached me giving me my mail). Stay away at all cost!

Sandy was accessible, easy to talk to, accommodating, helpful, and professional. I very much appreciate the VIP service I always receive at the front desk.

Having leased here since they opened up the space, I have nothing bad to say! All the staff and leasing agents have been nothing but kind and accommodating to my needs. Lease here if you want an awesome view of Atlanta and a quiet workspace!

Excellent communication and overall experience!

I absolutely love the office space that I have rented and the kind and helpful staff at TKO Suites. The cost of the suite is excellent, and it is attractive, quiet, and comfortable. As a full-time worker, part-time online business owner, and full-time university student, I couldn't imagine a more perfect space to manage my business and conduct my studies. The price is more than reasonable, the staff and the people that rent offices are so polite and helpful. I have recommended TKO Suites to my friends and colleagues and I definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great office space.

My experience has been awesome thus far. Charity was very helpful getting me set up in my office and I was able to get to work my first day without fail. My office was clean and ready to go.

Rebecca contacted me almost immediately after I inquired about renting office space. An appointment followed quickly and when I saw the office it had everything I was looking for: large, clean windows, newly painted walls and spacious enough to place all my furniture. The rent is very reasonable, there is a kitchen nearby with free coffee, tea and snacks, and the corridors are clean as well as the bathrooms. It is by far the nicest office I've had over my 38 years in private practice. Thank you TKO!

The local person I have to deal with is sarcastic and unprofessional. The offer from this company is lower than most of the market, but you'll find out different when you get nickeled and dimed to death.

I recently had the pleasure of working at TKO suites. This office space is truly exceptional in every aspect, making it an ideal environment for productivity and collaboration.

This was my first time using this space for one-week STEM class for kids, and I absolutely loved it. The communication was great from start to finish. Rebecca is excellent host who made me feel comfortable and welcome, even though I was booking the place from California. The facility was spacious, clean and well -appointed with amenities. The reception was super kind, communicative, accessible and helpful. I will definitely reserve this place again for my future events.
