Ordered PRO HD Space projector in…
Ordered PRO HD Space projector in September 2025. They didn’t provide any tracking or order confirmation information. Very difficult to navigate on their website for contact details. Emailed them after three weeks from the date of the order. They did email me back as following:

Thank you for your message. I can confirm that your order #order number was dispatched the day after it was placed. Since we ship from our warehouse in Amsterdam, international deliveries can sometimes take longer than customers may be used to, typically between 3–5 weeks depending on customs and the local courier.
At the moment, your package is still in transit and has not yet been scanned in by the last-mile courier, which is why tracking updates are limited. Please allow a little more time for it to appear.
If your order hasn’t arrived by next week, please reach out to us again and we will make sure this is resolved for you.

Emailed them again in October. Did not receive a response from them.
Tried emailing them again in November. A month later from second email and two months after I placed the order. Still no response.
I directly replied to their email which I received from them the first time. Complete ignoring and avoiding to deal with the issue.
I am writing this review almost three months later since I placed the order. PEOPLE!!! Please be careful ordering from them. I paid $187 for the projector which I really wanted to have. Now I have no hope for getting the money back as they are NOT responding to the emails.
