The customer service I received and the ease of the entire process were extremely exceptional. Came in thinking that I wouldn't be able to get a loan but it all worked out with no headaches. Highly recommended

The representative made my visit easy, relaxing. Lady T was friendly, patient, gave me extras time, she was understanding to my needs, she made sure I understood and is well knowledgeable about my payments.

Took a loan and title pledge almost 8 months ago at the Gallatin Tn. Location and have paid every payment in full and on time, I recently decided to trade my vehicle for a new car and needed 10 day payoff letter with guarantee of title to complete the deal
When I requested the payoff statement I was told a couple hours and would be sent to my email but then it suddenly changed to 24-48 hrs putting my trade deal at risk for expiring before they send to me. I finally received the payoff statement and guarantee of title but was incorrect and incomplete
I could have used it and paid almost 2,000.00 less for the new vehicle because the estimated trade was more than the statement opted but I was honest and called Title Max the following morning to report the mistake and the customer service representative Bradley had informed me he had already called director of operations and reported this issue and requested an updated corrected payoff statement with guarantee of title to be expedited and sent to my email in order for me to move forward with my trade but As I already figured it has not arrived in my email yet and now this has caused a huge delay and imposition on my part. I do believe Title Max has purposely delayed the payoff statement so that the next payment due 3/3/26 would have to be paid regardless now. This is very underhanded and horrible business tactics especially when a customer has did everything they promised to do.
I work for a dealership and send payoff statements all day 5 days a week I have never heard of waiting 24-48 hrs for this. If I would have allowed the dealership that was buying my car to use the payoff statement Title Max would have legally been bound to that statement amount and release title to them. But I’m not a dishonest person and did not expect Title max to do business in this manner, I held them to a higher standard but I now see they are not that high standard business and I will never use them again nor would I recommend anyone else too.. I’m hoping I receive the corrected statement by Monday and enabling me to successfully make my trade 🙏

She was courteous, knowledgeable, kind, she did her job with a smile, she thanked me numerous times for trusting her to do the loan, thanked me for the business sincerely, & was all around a pleasure to work with. You need more employees like this. FYI: Israel deserves a raise. She really is compassionate, caring, & kind. She should train others. Props to you Israel, you made the visit easy, fun, & a great experience.

This was my 3rs title loan. Title Max in Little River, SC has the best reps (Anna and Catherine) and the speediest loan time process. Highly recommend this location. I won’t go anywhere else when I need funds in a pinch.

They lost my title …they told me they have to go get me a new one but are short handed and have no one to go pick it up… they are predators looking for people in need to sink their teeth in…a bunch of parasites looking to suck you dry…there are many title loan places that do a lot better job…you don’t need to use them…their rudeness,poor customer service and loan shark interest rate is not worth the misery you will go through…they need to be put out of business and you can help by going somewhere else and stop using them…

The only reason I give one star is because they don’t have anything less…Titkenax lost my title and I have been fighting with them to get me another…they treat you good till they get your title then it’s a fight after that….stay away from them and do business somewhere else…they have loan shark interest rates…it’s a whirlwind…once they get you in you can’t get out…then when you do you can’t get your title back…UPDATE…I called your number for the 5th or 6th time and got the same run around as I have every time before …no resolution just people passing the buck…problem at the store,call customer service, sent to resolution,passed back to the store that caused the problem to begin with…one continuous circle and I still don’t have my title…stay away from Titkenax…stay away…stay away…I can’t tell people enough…stay away…

What a joke. My husband and I got title loans on our trucks in March of 2025, with a total repayment with interest being around 3k for both loans. In march when we signed, they were still under the monthly repayment system. In May of 2025, when the payment came due, I was informed that the new system just pushes it out by a month, rather than paying it off. We would have been paid off by August of 2025 had they not changed the system. So now we owe 4,200 to pay off. In 10 months of having this loan, we have already paid 7100 in just pushing both out for 30 days.
