The hardware is great and the panel is intuitive.

Excellent and fast support a slightly complex panel but you can get used to it really fast with the titan nodes tutorials on the titan nodes YouTube channel! No lag whatsoever even with a lot of plugins and incredibly cheap compared to it's competitors all in a 10/10 customer support, service, and more.

Excellent service! I have my Minecraft server for almost a month now and never experienced issue with it so far. Asked for CPU power increase and got it quite fast even! No regrets for choosing TitanNodes!

Titan nodes is what i would call an example of an excellent service.
The support team is extremely cooperative and responds fairly quickly and the services recieved from them is remarkable and downright impressive for the price.
I would 100% recommend titan nodes to others and i myself wont stop using it anytime soon

Been with the host for over a year now, and it has been awesome. The servers work very well and I have had very few problems, which were investigated and fixed quickly. I have only had to make a ticket once, and it was answered fast as well. Very good hardware for the price.

Very quick and helpful service, response in just a few hours and its very easy to access support. Product itself is good, working fine. No complaints

Without more to say I have been in this host for 2 years and I have not had problems with lag or falls, it is generally fine

Had some issues [my fault] due to incorrectly entering my email when creating an account for titannodes. Contacted support twice- once for my Titan Nodes account and once for my Prism Panel login, and both times the CEO himself responded, very promptly I should add, and fixed the issue for me. He also gave me a free month since I waited a month to contact about Prism Panel

If you are looking for a affordable place to host your server this one is right. I have been using Titan Nodes for over a year now and each time I would run into any issue the support arrives pretty quick.

Nothing short of amazing.

I've been with Titan Nodes for 2 years now and have had great service, never really had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly. Server performance was stellar and never gave me any issues regardless of how many players were online.

The service is fast as usual, the owner is really nice and understanding.

Bad hosting company. The owner (Mayed) dissapeared for months without any notice. Even though the servers stayed online support was non-existent.

Please stay away from this company as the owner doesn't know how to lead it. Also there are NO other staffmembers other than the owner.

CS is slow with my support ticket queries. Otherwise no other complaints. Could be a little better.

If you're tempted by the low prices that they are offering, you should know the reason for them being so low; they do not have ANY customer support! The only one "resolving" tickets is the owner who does it in his free time when hes not busy with his other job, and that means that you're likely to have to wait a really long time.

Not to mention, if you want a refund for a service it has to be in the time frame of 24hours since purchase, and you must have recieved customer support in that time frame, else you are not eligible. I've been waiting for 3 months now to get a reply on my ticket... I hope you see where this is going.

No issues performance wise but steer clear untill he hires support staff. Something is bound to go wrong with your server eventually and then you're f*cked.

EDIT: After a long time my ticket did get answered, and despite not meeting the outrageous ToS for refunds, I did infact get one hence I correct my review from 1star to 3stars. That doesn't negate the fact that he needs to hire support staff. But Im pleasantly surprised and perhaps there is some hope for this server hosting provider.

TitanNodes has been a great host for a long time, until few months ago - there is a complete lack of support so the only support you are likely to get is from the community itself. Many users have had issues with receiving their services because of the queue for dedicated IPs, some of them even complained they have been paying for 3 months without getting to use their server. I have personally never had this issue, but a lot of the services are down - for example the databases. I would honestly like to give a good rating because of the great prices, but I just can't. To elaborate on the "lack of support", we are talking about no support team what so ever.

TL;DR - Host with a high chance of not getting your products and 0 customer support.

It used to be a great hosting, but not anymore.

I used titannodes to host multiple worlds with large modpacks before (a year or so ago) and it worked smoothly, having the cheapest prices on market. The support fine, they used to reply quickly.

Having that in mind I now returned to order another minecraft server. That's when things went south. The order was marked as fraud, although I used my old account and nothing has changed. Fine, I thought, let's try once again, twice again. "Fraud", each time. Welp, it didn't stop me, everyone has some flaws, I thought, so I've created completely new account and tried to create a server from there. No luck. Okay.

But the worst thing was that next morning I discovered they actually charged me every time I placed an order, even though it resulted in an error!

Summary: took 4x price of the server I wanted and gave me nothing.

I contacted support via email, then via discord, but they didn't reply during these 3 days.

Definitely not recommend. You better pay more and get quality service than pay cheap price multiple times and get only disappointment.

As a long time customer, you should be avoiding this host at all cost. Support tickets, bugs and hosting issues are usually left for days, there is no support team, there is only the owner who doesn't want to hire any staff for unknown reasons. If you are serious about your server, I strongly recommend you to look elsewhere, this ain't it. As of January 6th, all his databases for the server have been down since new year, which is like a week of downtime and without any responses from him, well he hasn't been online at all and people are furious on his Discord. Zero support at all.

Overall the servers are quite bad, there is too many servers on his machines, causing constant major TPS drops and other lag issues. Don't expect to have a smooth running servers here, you'd be better of going other hosts like ApexMinecraft or getting a dedicated machine.

Owner can also be quite rude at times, I remember early on when asking him to get staff to the host in order to deal with tickets, he asked me why I care, and he usually just ends up banning people for critiquing his services. He is more focused on taking down reviews on Trustpilot than actually caring about the quality of his host.

I didn't want to create this negative review, because it would most likely get me banned from all his services but at this point it doesn't bother me as I moved from it a while ago.

At the end of the day is one of those services where you get what you pay for, cheap prices and terrible hosting company.
