TITANCORE IS A SCAM: USELESS PANS, FRAUDULENT REFUND POLICY

I purchased defective pans from Titancore—they burn all food. The company refuses a refund and has a fraudulent, impossible return policy designed to steal your money.

Their impossible refund conditions include:
Paying for return shipping.
Required return in original boxes (not stated in initial policy).
Mandatory pre-approval pictures.
Final decision is made after their inspection: If they deny the return, they keep the pans and the money.
I have sent them over 16 emails, and they refuse to answer, proving they are deliberately misleading customers. Titancore stole my money. Avoid this company; it is a complete fraud.

Placed order for two pans March 7th,2026....it is now April 5th,2026 and I have not received my order.
I have emailed several times about this and no longer get any response.
Their site states deliver 3 to 7 days. I use to get weekly shipping updated, but have not gotten one in over a week. Their customer service is very poor about addressing this and blame it on the shipper.

I don't like the pans and I wanted to return them. I email them and they said they would get back to me on how to return. And now I just received a new lid I didn't want.
I wanted to return it. Big waste of money and not good communication obviously. Very upset. Don't buy it.

When I made this purchase I did not realise it had to come from America and would take over 4 weeks to arrive. It finally arrived today and was easy to put together. Unfortunately, the inner metal rim on the pan cover was dented/deformed in three places. I guess the package got hit hard in transit. Using my pliers I was able to partly flatten out the rim so that it was able to fit on the pan, but this is not perfect. Apart from all this, the pan itself seems fine and is not too heavy for my wife. Doubt that I would buy anything else from them.

The product arrived and before opening I knew it was just another cheap Chinese product.
For such an expensive product I was expecting it would come with impressive package.
I was gobsmacked. When I opened the box. I was so disappointed with how the product looked and I had to assemble it with a little tacky spanner. Well using it was a whole new level. After seasoning it as per the instructions I was horrified to see the food glued to it and cleaning, well that was the worst experience. When I asked to return immediately I was told it had to be returned to Asia. How convenient.
This is because of the delivery cost, of course to myself, would be upwards of £50. They offered a poultry.10% refund to keep this product. I pray this helps just one person from buying this rubbish. Please do not buy it. I’m still awaiting1 the returns label to send it back. The best of it is, reading the returns terms, I find it totally contradicts what they promise in the advert of 100 days satisfaction. I will update when I have more news.

Order placed on 8 March and payment taken off my card. No confirmation email received so I queried this and received what appeared to be an automated response. Queried a couple more times but no concrete response. I have still not received information concerning delivery of my order and am beginning to think this is a scam.

Several things were wrong.
First, the cookware IS NOT titanium as advertised.I don’t know what it’s made of but the food almost always sticks! Second, I didn’t get the items that I ordered. The company was supposed send me an 11 quart pot and instead sent a 3 quart pot. I tried over 2 months to get the order fixed, and they never would. Four times they asked for pictures of the product which I sent. They still wouldn’t fix my order.
Third, the order took over two months to get here, came in different boxes from different countries.
BE FOREWARNED! If you buy from this company you will be sorry.

I ordered it 8 March & was confirmed to be shipped by 15 March, but still haven’t received it as of today 27 March.

No response even u sent email to ask!
They just ignored u!
Will ask PayPal to support for the refund! Hope Paypal would help!

it arrived not in the box shown as advertised but one that's cheap, corrugated..
the product so inferior on what is advertised.. sooo disappointed!

I haven't received my order-ordered March 4, 2026. Today is March 26.

I just read the reviews for Titancore (132)OMG! People have waited, literally, months to receive the product and when it arrives it's garbage. It is NOT nonstick; parts are broken or missing; wrong items are sent; pots are stainless steel and not titanium; the product is from China; refunds are ignored or refused. I am not looking forward to getting my pans (if they ever arrive). I am seriously considering trying to get a class-action lawsuit going against this company!!

The pan has not arrived - despite my contacting them I have received no response - this company is very concerning

I haven’t received my order yet! They charged me on my credit card & it showed on my statement $79 for a small pan on 3/7/2026. If I still don’t receive it on March 25th as they estimated, how can I report to get my money back? Otherwise, I will ask my credit card company to dispute their claim.

The item ordered on 8th March and 'Fulfilled' on 9th March has still not been delivered despite shipping estimate of 3-5 days. Chasing it goes round in circles.

It is not 100% titan as in description.
No free gift inside as promised.
The packaging do not correspond to what is promised.
Arrived with big delay.
Cheap, cheap, cheap................

I don’t want to give any stars. This pan is rubbish, I have tried every which way to cook without anything sticking,I have sent photos to company who still won’t refund my money or send me an address to return pan. Why is there nowhere we can turn to,to get recompense from these companies who have no qualms about cheating us. Why are trading standards not getting involved with goods like this being allowed into our country.

The pan never was delivered. It's almost two weeks past the scheduled delivery date and the tracker shows nothing since the order was received and my payment was accepted. Now the company says that no refunds are available once the order is received. So, as of now, no pan and no refund.
