I placed my order 15 days ago, and the item still hasn’t been shipped. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve sent multiple emails, and every time I’m told that they’ll “try” to help, but nothing actually happens.
No progress, no shipment, and no clear explanation.
At this point, I’m extremely disappointed with the service.

Overall really amazing product, for being 3D printed I didn’t expect much yet it still blew me away! 100% would buy again

Fantastic product. Well made and packaged very well. Shipment was great and on time with good tracking.

I ordered three of these T13 figures. My three grandkids dearly love them. Received them promptly, and they were in the package in the correct container.

Toys delivered but broke after 2 day. Reported to them and sent photos but then they asked for a video. Can't understand why photo not acceptable and had no answer from them. Being going on for 2 weeks now and I feel I am being messed about so I will just give up. Sent video and received automated response saying received then another email same day saying not received. After 2 weeks they are now asking for the order number, email address and name.
Very poor products and non existent customer services.

My Grandson in Connecticut last Christmas turned me onto the Titan figures. We had so much fun that I purchased two more for us to play with when they visited us in Colorado.

I just received 5 more plus 3 accessory boxes for my other four Grandson's the five one is for me so we can battle each other when they visit. We spend hours togather creating different poses.

What a great fined to have something that the Grandchildren and their 76 year old grandfather can play with also.

Item came with free accessories as promised and delivered in good time. It's very helpful that you can change the delivery address in case you might not be home, especially as everyone leaves parcels on doorstep.

Love all of the articulation these figures have, non-stop fun, and a bunch of accessories. Takes a couple weeks to come in but it’s so worth it to get your favorite characters in figure form.

Postage time to Australia was relatively quick. Kids absolutely love them. All the accessories they came with were great. Kids haven't stopped playing with them.

Nothing is wrong with the product to me. THE ISSUE IS THEY SEND U "DISCOUNT" CARDS A.K.A. "GIFTS" AND YOU CAN NEVER USE THE CODE AND THE CODE IS THE SAME ON ALL THE CARDS SO WHATS THE POINT OF EVEN CHARGING AND OFFERING THIS!!??

Shipping takes forever but hopefully it’s a good product

I purchased a figure for my son,£27 it was the poorest made object. I have got cheap ones to fill stocking at Christmas that were better quality, I was expecting a 3d printed figure but for the cost I belive the pecies would be made of a stronger plastic not less than the cheap version of the flexible toys. Paid extra for safe delivery it arrived broken. We waited over a week for cheap construction and poor customer service.

Right so i will be honest my order took a bit longer than expected but that made getting them so much better im delighted with my order

Unfortunately the toys limbs joints have become soft meaning it doesn’t hold position.

the wait was a bit longer than expected but it was worth the wait. my 12th t13 and newest edition to the collection was the gojo t13, as I have been a fan of jjk i bought him as my first character off the website, along with the pro stand.

The toys are expensive but better than the knock offs. It does take two to three weeks for them to arrive from China. So if you plan on this being a gift you should plan ahead for this. My grandson loves these so I keep ordering.
