My son is obsessed with these. I have been trying to get a Springtrap for him for a few months. It finally arrived and he couldn't be happier. Thank you Titan 13 for creating a product that's fun and engaging. 10/10, I will definitely be buying more.

So My t13 figure finally came but i don't like the figure alright is the durabiity i gat the spring purple pack but the cupcake came broken spring Bonnie came whith it's heard off and the little ball thing to coneted the head i was fused whith spring Bonnie head and spring trap came with a lose arms purple guy is fine so yea

Customer service is great. I do have to reach out to them a lot regarding my packages and not getting the coupons in them! Overall my son is happy and loves ordering these figures. They’re good quality.

Have ordered from them 5 or 6 times. Quality 3d print work. Normally they are fast to ship and deliver, but this last time it took a bit longer (almost 2 weeks) to get the order shipped.

Ive had some great experiences with titan 13 I bought a heian 13 figure and a divine general is on the way and the delivery is fast and also dummy 13s are very high quality! Even though i got my own 3d printer it can never beat the quality of yours and actually the divine general 13 was a gift for my birthday in 3 days so props to that to and whoevers reading this have a nice day

I personally think there the most detailed figures in the world they amazing figures but sense they are 3D printed there pretty brittle but there still amazing figures.

I ordered the Nightmare collection as a birthday for my nephew...the toys were broken (microphone fell off, feet fell apart, ears, hand and feet fell off. I have sent video, and photos multiple times to send replacement parts, which they say they can't do, so I have asking for a remedy. I feel like I'm in the circle of hell, "GABRIELLA" keeps saying that they haven't heard from me, even though she's replying to the email I sent. The quality on this set of toys was TERRIBLE. The customer service is even worse.
Parents are buying these toys with the expectations that the toys will work as advertised. My nephew opened the package and was so disappointed, he asked every day, has the replacement toys come in yet? Three months later I'm still having to tell him no .

⭐ **1/5 – Extremely disappointing shipping and customer service**

I placed an order with Titan13Toy around August 1–2 as a birthday gift for my son, specifically because their website advertised a much faster shipping timeframe.

It is now August 19 and my order STILL has not shipped.

I have contacted customer service repeatedly. I was initially told there was an unexpected delay due to high demand. On August 12, I was told my order was in its “final stage” and that they had contacted fulfillment to move it along. I have repeatedly asked for an estimated shipping date and have still not been given one.

On August 17, I was told yet again that they had contacted their fulfillment team and were waiting for a more concrete timeframe. I followed up again and still have no tracking number, no estimated shipping date, and no resolution.

I have tried to be patient and understanding, but after more than two weeks, multiple emails, and repeated vague responses, I am extremely disappointed. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, and I would not have placed the order had I known it could take this long just to SHIP.

My biggest issue isn't simply that there was a delay. Delays happen. My issue is the lack of transparency and the inability to provide a straightforward answer about when an order that I already paid for will actually ship.

I will update this review if the company resolves the situation, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from Titan13Toy if you need your purchase within any particular timeframe.
